優點:交通方便，離地鐵出口很近，南站地鐵直達，附近有購物廣場，離包河萬達也就一站路。
缺點:設施有點差了。我的房間，床頭的開關，外觀上都是有損壞的，雖然能用，但感覺上不舒服。其次，至少我房間裏，兩天換的毛巾，都是破舊不堪的，看着還不如一般人家的抹布
