It was my first time to stay at Hampton Inn by Hilton. The lighting design in the room was warm and atmospheric. The indoor carpet arrangement made the room quieter and more comfortable. You'd better be a thin person who's not afraid of the heat, otherwise you'll be overheated to death in minutes.

I booked a garden-view king-sized bed, but what I was given at first was a comfortable king-sized bed, a room that was tens of dollars cheaper! Treat people as ***, or just give the worst room type based on the customer alone! At the beginning, I thought the area was small and there was no mark on it. I didn't expect this, and I have never encountered it before! I didn’t know until I strongly requested to change rooms and saw the room plan! This is the most deductible point! There are so many tricks! The network is very poor, so I use my own network all day long! The air conditioner is rubbish. It doesn't get cold at all during the day. I even called an engineer to see if it was fixed or not! There is no air conditioning in the elevator! The breakfast is also the worst I have ever had at Hampton Inn. The bean berry juice is the kind found in buffets. It tastes bad and tastes bad! Not to mention the food! There were small flying insects in the room at night! In addition to the really nice scenery, the room service is great! Fruits were given!

The worst stay I have ever had at Hampton Cleaning. The cleaning rags were generously placed on the coffee table in the room. Things that needed to be repaired were not repaired in the room. The front desk staff did not hand over the complaints during the shift. I stayed there for 6 days and made three complaint calls. problem not solved

酒店的地理位置非常便利，緊鄰市中心和主要的交通樞紐，但同時又保持了足夠的寧靜，讓人可以得到充分的休息。入住的房間寬敞明亮，佈置得既現代又舒適，床鋪特別柔軟，讓我在旅途中得到了極好的睡眠。早餐特別好吃，有地方的特色！很好吃，最滿意的一個酒店了，也比較亮堂，其他酒店太昏暗住的難受特地退房換酒店住的。

酒店非常好，設施新，房間大，服務非常好。住過徐州的、南昌的和合肥的歡朋酒店，徐州的房間裏提供飲料和水果，合肥的這家有水果，南昌的設施陳舊水果飲料都沒有。我們三口，入住時候，前台小哥主動讓客房給加了一套孩子的用品，而且早餐也免費加了一份，很感謝。這兒開車去哪兒都很方便，而且住在45層以上，視野開闊，放眼望去風景極佳。以後來合肥就住這家店了。

希爾頓旗下酒店的入住體驗一直都很好， 這家酒店樓層是在45F～48F視野相當好，挨着商業廣場購物、吃飯都比較方便。 距離合肥南站特別近。 樓下過馬路就有一個濕地公園，環境很好。

酒店在新區，出差住在這裏非常方便。房間還準備了水果，在高層眺望遠景，白天入目一片綠色，晚上燈光璀璨，夜景也很漂亮，住在這裏很舒適。早餐很豐盛，這是最大的吸引力吧。價格也很實惠。酒店樣樣都不錯，就是離開時出了岔子。我們因為是商務出差，一起訂的，提前一天提供了發票訊息，要求分開打印紙質發票，第二天等了半天説沒辦好，讓加微信辦。加了微信，發票又開錯了，來來回回折騰了幾次才改好。態度倒是很好，業務熟練度需要提升
