The hotel is very good, perfect location, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel bellboys are very helpful, the girl who prepares breakfast for you is great, the only negative is that the breakfast is very poor, the fruit is very bad.

The staff is very polite and tidy, the hotel itself could use some maintenance here and there, but if you are alone or with another traveler, hotel vedado is definitely recommended. I do not recommend this hotel for families

I had an amazing experience at this resort, it has a great location so I could share with my friends and walk in Havana. The staff is kind,specially Kiara,from Customer Service. The food is excellent and I love Coffee at nigths. I just wanna comeback again,see you all soon.

Great service from Yailema. She was very helpful and friendly. Always on hand to offer any assistance needed. She made the trip worthwhile. Yailema suggested the the best places to eat, drink and enjoy the city of Habana.
