Not a lot to do around this old hotel especially when you want to visit Miyajima. The price is also very high for the quality you get.

這是第二次到訪飯店，這飯店擁有自己的碼頭及船隻，晚餐是懷石料理，建議一定要去夜遊搭船去看晚上海上鳥居，和白天比較起來從海上夜晚看去不同感覺，船夫很熱情講述歴史值得一遊。

無以倫比的美景，酒店房間可以看到宮島日出，還可以看見宮島鳥居⛩️，酒店看到中國護照立馬有個中國服務員來和你溝通，態度超級nice。服務超好，酒店的温泉也相當舒服，早晚都可以泡温泉。
服務：太好。早餐還有著名的宮島牡蠣

チェックインの際にフロントから本日は混んでいるため臨時のお風呂を開放していると説明がありました。とにかく混んでいてスタッフの人数が足りていないのが顕著でした。スタッフもストレスで良いサービス提供どころではないと思います。ホテル経営陣は考えるべきかと。
口コミ評価がよかったので利用しましたが、リピートはしません。
・シャトルバス降車後スーツケースやベビーカー他の荷物があり苦労しているのにドアマンは手助けなし
・乳児連れで宿泊しましたが、バスタオルは大人2人分だけの用意
・和室の布団を用意してもらえる時間は19-21時の中で順次
・臨時の風呂は脱衣所の足元は全体的に濡れていて不快
・朝食ビュッフェは7時半から8時半は混雑してるとのことで8時半に向かえばサラダの補充も遅くヨーグルト用の蜂蜜は空っぽ
・夕食は椀ものがご飯と香の物を食べ終わって10分以上してからの提供（遅くなりすみませんと挨拶もなく食事を給仕するので精一杯な様子。明らかにうまく回転してない）
到着時から印象が悪かったため、悪いところがどんどん目立ちました。しかし宮島から帰る屋形船のスタッフさんやそこに向かえにきてくれた女性スタッフさんはお客様全員を気遣う姿勢があり素晴らしかったです。

４家族で宿泊したのですが、夕食も皆んな同じテーブルでできましたし、部屋もとなり同士にしていただき助かりました。子供のお子様ランチも評判良かったです。ありがとう御座いました。

よかった。
他のレビュー通り、少し古い感じもする施設だったが、安定かつ安心の施設であり、間違いはない。
景色も良いが、オーシャンビューの部屋で3階だと、部屋の目の前は10メートルくらい2階の天井がみえているため、残念さがある。
「Trip.comで予約した○○（わたしの名前）です」とフロントでチェックインの際に伝えたら、ベテラン女性スタッフと思われる方の表情が少し険しくなった。そして、他のホテルならば「はい、○○さんですね」といってすぐに宿泊者リストの中から私の名前を探し出してくれるが、そのような対応はしてくれず、「まずはこちらにお名前をご記入ください」と言われた。まるで、「あなたの名前を名乗られても困ります、こちらの用紙に名前を書いてください、それが私たちのホテルのやり方です」と言われたかのように感じてしまった。（わたしの感覚が被害的だという話もあるだろうけれど、スタッフの方の表情が険しくなったのは事実でした）。それは少し残念でした。

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff is super friendly and willing to help, the rooms (Japanese style) are amazing and really large. You have a view of the ocean and the Tori in Miyajima.
The breakfast buffet is delicious and the private onsen was a great experience after our hike to Mount Misen.
There is a very convenient shuttle to the Ferry Station. I can't recommend this hotel enough, we really liked it!
