The hotel itself was decent. I was not please with the surroundings of the hotel but it was conveniently close to the interstate. The picture on the internet gave me a different impression than what it was actually looked like. The hotel is a bit run down. However , it is what I paid for. They did keep it clean on the inside.

Very vert old and damaged facilities, room and hotel. Bed was sunken in the middle. Hotel always had a cigarette odor inside and outside. There was a guest in the room in front verbally fighting and shouting for 3 days in a row, despite complaints to reception, hotel did not do anything.

Wasn't the best hotel, but i made due for the night. Had to go to Target up the road for cleaning supplies to wipe, spray, and santize everything.

The room was very dusty the walls and the bathrooms door was dirty the toilet seat was broken we had to lysol the whole room with lysol wipes before we could occupied the room the tv didn't work the first 3 days the hall smelled urine and the elevator smelled like cigarettes smoke we was tired from driving from Houston to Chicago so we cleaned the room ourselves even the lamp and lampshade was dusty the headboard we wiped walls and doors I would never stay there again couldn't eat the breakfast food because of how dirty the room and the hallway was dirty i assumed the food was too

Our room was great compared to the Days Inn by Wyndham in Morristown TN. That place was a dump, nothing like this hotel. Was 8s perfect no but it was 4 stars out of 5. Bed was comfortable & clean, bathroom in good condition, had body wash, shampoo and lotion available & a working tv, microwave, iron & board. We left it happy & made it to our son's wedding on time! Yay.

The toilet didn’t work, the shower curtain was falling, the phone didn’t work and was missing buttons, the front door didn’t work properly which made me very nervous about the safety of my room.

My stay was all right. I felt like I was at a motel instead of a hotel.
The toilet was clogged and when I told staff I was given a plunger.
There were previous decor remnants on the walls and ceiling. The fridge was not keeping food cold. Breakfast was certainly mediocre. There were no waffles and it was not a variety
Over all our stay there was ok. Definitely not the "Quality" it should have been...

I won't ever come back here again!!! one of the housekeepers went into my room without asking and there's no telling what the little lady did, I was able to retrieve one good night back, but I didn't appreciate my privacy broken. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO COME HERE.
