優點：房間很大，比較乾淨，房主態度很好。缺點：1.一開始辦入住的時候完全聯繫不上，在樓下吹了很久的風，打電話電話沒人接聽，去哪兒提供的訊息根本找不到（悠家平台方）是樓下的物業姐姐幫忙聯繫的房主，房主聯繫的悠家平台。希望儘早完善這方面的情況，不要再讓住户找不到方向。2.房間格局的原因吧，廁所的通風做的不是很好。
