The hotel was built in 1906, generally well maintained but one can see signs of aging in the bathroom. We can see that the hotel has seen better days by the people who had stayed there.

第一次來哈爾濱，選擇了久負盛名的馬迭爾賓館“百年歷史名人套房”，原指望為哈爾濱之行留下美好記憶，然而買家秀和賣家秀的巨大差異讓人大失所望！房間維護極差、硬件設施老舊不堪：多處牆面裂縫，甚至還用封箱帶固定牆紙；走路時地板不平嘎嘎作響；門窗簡陋，室外起一陣風能把整個防蚊網窗吹倒並砸在沙發上，幸好沙發上沒坐人；櫥櫃年久失修，浴室內潔具也是七十年代的簡易設施，各種破落不勝枚舉……怎麼能稱得上4星級酒店？怎麼能作為代表城市形象的知名品牌？怎麼能配得上悠久的歷史背景？全國很多城市有歷史老建築酒店，其中有很多維護得相當不錯，遊客也樂意以更高的價格體驗老建築的魅力。希望馬迭爾賓館學習同行的經驗，否則沒有回頭客。

馬迭爾賓館位於中央大街轉角，步行到索菲亞教堂也很近。酒店建於上世紀30年代初期，有深厚的歷史底藴。很多中外名人都入住過該酒店。酒店內的歷史長廊值得一看。是遊玩哈爾濱的首選入住地。馬迭爾西餐廳的出品也相當上乘。牛排尤其出色。衞生乾淨，服務一流。特別感謝2029號服務員，耐心親切。

哈爾濱第一站入住馬迭爾賓館，免費升級名人房（1949年全國政協籌備會名人用房），條件不錯，賓館早餐也不錯。賓館位於中央大街，圍着賓館轉一圈，心心念唸的爾濱美食一網打盡。馬迭爾西餐，馬迭爾冰棍，以鍋包肉為代表的東北硬菜，更有驚喜的馬迭爾精釀啤酒屋。

店大欺客，所以是百年老店。因為家人6人但並不都是夫妻，所以之前訂的時候看到3人間是有間隔牆，而且標間已經沒有這麼多間了，所以選擇訂了2間3人間，提前20天吧就訂了，但是到店後前台説衹能騰出一間有隔牆的房間，另外一間沒有，可是我説你的圖片介紹上是有牆的，前台説你可以看後面，有沒有的，為什麼不把沒有的照片放在顯眼的位置，虛假宣傳不説。店員説：你可以退了房間。説的這是什麼話，我們提前20天訂的房間，現在已經到哈爾濱，退了住在哪，這像是一個正規酒店前台應該説的話麼。其它吧枱的工作人員也是，問三句沒有一句答話，真是莫名其妙的酒店。最後打了攜程投訴，攜程的工作人員一個姑娘態度非常的好，聯繫酒店也是無果，最後攜程以9折和優惠卷的形式予以彌補，還得是大平台，有所保障啊。
