The staff speaks a very little english, they need some time to find my reservation. However after the checkin, it was pretty seamless. The hotel is only 10 minutes taxi ride to city central, so it's quite good. The bed and room is overall quite good.

入住有小禮物和伴手禮，房間衞生一般，可能是黑色系有一點點臟就能看出來，並且顯得房間很小。另外餐廳服務員差評啊，今天早上我在拿餐一個大姐服務員要拍照告訴我起來讓一下她拍照，我怎麼覺得這人不分主次呢？是沒培訓好嗎？前台幾個服務員都很好👍提供所需也很及時。

陪我爸複查 地理位置很好 離醫大一很近。
預訂了兩間房間，一間親子房，一間商務雙床房。空間夠大，房間裏也很乾凈，樓層服務員態度也很好。

這家酒店很適合商旅出差，環境安靜，不吵鬧，房間設施齊全舒適，冬季來一點都不冷，有窗户的，格局也不小蠻寬敞的，價格適中，出行方便，服務態度好，走的時候前台女孩子送了禮物和一瓶格瓦斯，謝謝前台小美女。還會再來，

進酒店感覺自己選對了，前台二位美女服務很好，當天情人節酒店還送了巧克力，非常友好。酒店裝修及衞生也非常滿意。總的來説，春節這性價比比麗呈中央大街店好多了（當時司機錯送至中央大街店，前台服務員態度冷淡）。

酒店位於鬧市區，步行至索菲亞教堂大約七分鐘。從前台到客房服務都特別好，賓至如歸。大堂有凍梨凍柿子，特別好吃！訂了兩晚套房還送了果盤和禮物，一整個驚喜！唯一要改善的就是隔音問題，確實很差，可以去前台拿耳塞。
