温泉に行くために、フロントに電話して、タオルや着替えを部屋からスパまで運ぶための小さなカゴやバッグを買ってきてほしいと頼んだのですが、そのようなサービスはあるものの、当院ではそのようなサービスはないと言われました。他の多くの温泉でもサービスを提供しています。このホテルは、館内でタオルや下着などを持って部屋から温泉まで比較的長い道を歩かなければなりません！ 2: フロントに氷を部屋に持ってくるように頼んだのですが、氷がないのでコンビニで自分で買ってくださいと言われました 😳😳😤

ドックルームに宿泊しました。 一階なのに明るくてベランダ付きの広々したお部屋でした。 10年以上前にも家族で宿泊したことがあるので古いと思いましたがリフォームされて綺麗でした。 ドックルームでしたか床はゴミや埃はないですが拭き掃除まではしていない感じでした。 犬は居心地良さそうでした！ 夕食のステーキはとても柔らかく美味しかったです！朝食のお米のパンナコッタがめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです。 お風呂もお湯が柔らかくて良かったです。 サウナも利用しました。 わんことまた来たいです。

家族3人で602号室に宿泊。客室のアメニティは最小限で、トイレ浴室と一体の洗面所は段差あり。ソファベッドのパッドが薄くスプリングがあたり、また夏用の掛け布団が欲しい。 大浴場露天風呂はやや小ぶりだが、泉質はよくサウナが新設された。 食事は朝夕ともバイキングで内容的には不満はないが、夕食の時間制限(1時間）はあわただしくて落ち着かず最悪で評価を下げた。 キッズコーナーやゲームコーナー、屋外の大きなプールなど子連れファミリー向けの施設が充実。また長崎原爆慰霊像で有名な北村西望の作品を主とする彫刻公園と蓼科湖は朝夕の散策におすすめ。」

ホテル自体は古いのかな？でもホテル全体では古さを感じられませんでした。 ただ驚いた事は20年以上も前のようなエアコンを現役で使っています。 たぶんリーズナブルの部屋だけかもしれません。 温泉は内湯はやや熱め、露天風呂は熱めでした。 ほんのわずかに硫化水素臭があります。 ディナーはプリン以外のデザートと肉料理は美味しかったです。 他は普通かな。品数は多くはありませんが物足りない感じはないです。 近くの某滝の湯と比べてはいけません。 ドリンクバーは有料、しかしgoogleのクチコミを書くとアルコールも含め一杯無料です。 だからドリンクを追加するなら単品の方がいいかもです。 朝食は残念です。よくある朝食ビュッフェの料理がセットメニューとして出されます。 一部の料理はビュッフェ形式で出されていますが、数が少ないのでがっかりです。 いいところもあれば、残念なところがあるホテルでしたが、なんとも言えない微妙な気持ちです。 食事が改善されて温泉も多少温かったらリピしようかなと思います。

県内でも希少な高温の酸性泉という事でツルツルお肌になれることが期待できます。源泉かけ流しの岩風呂と内湯が楽しめるし サウナ好きならテンションが上がりそうなバレルサウナも楽しめるのも魅力です。自分はまさに温泉三昧の滞在でした。夏でしたら 屋外の大きめなリゾートプールで遊べるし 毎度お馴染み卓球のほかにシミュレーションゴルフなども利用可能です。食事は 地元の高原野菜などもふんだんに取り入れられて 蓼科に来たな～って実感できます。ツインルームを利用しましたが 和洋室やドッグルームなど ニーズにあわせて選べるのも良いなと感じています。

北横岳へ登った帰りに宿泊。ロープウェイ乗り場からホテルまでは車で5分ちょっと位。2時頃に到着したが3時までは入室出来ないルールのよう。敷地内の公園で小さな青空市？をやっていたので散策。古めのホテルの建物とは対照的にお庭は非常にキレイに管理されています。お庭から蓼科湖へ出られ、そこでも色々なお店が出ていて、こちらは大盛況(!)緊急事態宣言が解除され一挙に押しかけた観光客で一杯です(私です) チェックインで夕食時間が選べ6時or7時半なので迷わず6時で。某旅行サイトから安く取ったせいか、ほとんどの部屋が蓼科湖を向いているにもかかわらずなんと裏向きの部屋へアサイン。ロビーの屋根(汚い)ビュー。気を取り直すと山ビュー。部屋は広め。ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンがカビ臭いタイプ。さげ。ベッドも昔のスプリング。ま、お値段相応。 お風呂は男女入替制。この日だけなのかいつもなのかチェックイン日は女性が樽？のような朽ちた木桶の取って付けの露天風呂のタイプでこれは最、悪。内湯は普通。…と謎の配置でここにも例の木桶？樽？のトルマリン湯とレモン湯。これもいらない。要するに普通の内湯に大人しく入るのが正解。酸性泉。お湯は良い。翌朝はちゃんとした露天風呂の方に入れ替わり。こちらが正解の湯。昨夜のは幻。 夕飯はバイキング。バイキングって…と嘆いていたがお値段がアレなので『やむなし』と臨んだが、こちらは予想外に美味しい。見栄えのするものこそ無いが味付けや素材はちゃんとしている(お値段以上)アルコールは2000円で飲み放題あり。スタッフは外国の方が多く皆さん日本語が堪能で優秀な方ばかり。サービスもきちんとしていてアゲ。 朝食もバイキング。『朝カレーもあるんだぁ』などと感心していたら、お蕎麦にかけてカレー蕎麦にしている強者あり。今の常識なのか？美味しそう。ホテルの朝食として特筆するもの無いながら素材と味付け、サービスで良い朝。１つ難点を挙げるとすれば名物であろう寒天がイマイチ。これは某○○パパ？減点と言う程ではありません。 総評として、子連れレジャーなどにはお手軽で向いているかもしれません。庭園の小川などもとてもいいです。夏はプールもあり。対して大人独り旅とかにはちょっと厳しいかと。

美しい景色に美味しいもの揃い お庭にはプールに彫刻 そしてリフレクションが見事な蓼科湖 蓼科湖の朝は湖面に青い空が そのまま映ってまるで絵画の世界 夕焼けもいいですよ！ 和洋中のお料理に信州サーモン食べ比べ 信州蕎麦、ホテルカレーは長野県産コシヒカリ 信州名物大平、信州のきのこなどなど もう全て制覇するのは無理な品揃えでした 朝も夜も長野の名産品のビュッフェが 良かったです ディナータイム飲み放題が¥2,000- 朝はりんごのフレッシュジュースに感動 ドッグランあり、教会あり、プールあり 湖あり、彫刻公園あり 公園内を流れる小川からもマイナスイオンが 溢れてる感じ パワー充電です 館内には売店もありました 温泉の後自動販売機で買った八ヶ岳乳業の 牛乳2種にコーヒー牛乳の飲み比べも最高でした 髪の毛を洗ったら自分の髪じゃないみたい にしっとりさらさらに 三宝源泉のうち風呂、檜露天風呂、岩露天風呂 男女日替わりなので朝晩入るのがおススメです 源泉は美容液の様にお肌がつるすべ しっとりになりますよ ホテルライフを楽しむ為に予定管理を しっかりせずにはいられないリゾートホテルです 何日間か過ごしたい場所でしたよ！
