Reviews for Hanoi Hotels

Amaya Home - Lodge, Spa & Restaurant
4.4/52 Reviews
This is a wonderful place for an escape from a daily routine. Very welcoming, quiet and charming atmosphere! There's a lot of effort put into making that hotel special and unique due to the attention to every single detail in the decor. All the furniture is made of wood and the place is surrounded by the forest, that makes you feel that you are connected to nature even more. The staff is so friendly and kind! They try their best to accommodate all your needs and requirements during your stay. They are even open to change the recipe of the dishes if you have specific food preferences.
Melia Ba VI Mountain Retreat

I can't say enough about the Melia at BaVi. It was Fantastic!! The rooms were really nice, the food excellent, the surroundings beautiful. But it was the service that set it apart. All of the staff went out of their way to serve to their utmost. They prepared our room with complimentary food and decorations for our anniversary. They picked us up in a cart when it was raining. They arranged our last minute massages to meet our needs. And they were kind and helpful with our children. Absolutely wonderful!
S Central Hotel and Spa

Hoan Kiem District
The location of the hotel is very good. However, because it is the old city and the houses are relatively dense, it may not be easy for a friend to find it for the first time in Hanoi. Historically, due to tax considerations, the facades of buildings in the old city were narrow and long, and the transformed hotel could not break the original pattern. Therefore, you must be psychologically prepared when you move in. In addition, the owner has nearly ten such hotels. If you feel unwell after moving in, you can consider requesting a room change.
Wyndham Sky Lake Resort and Villas
4/515 Reviews
I stayed in a very new and clean villa, equipped with amenities like a regular house, with a swimming pool, kitchen, large bathroom and bathtub. However, at that time, the hotel did not operate accompanying services such as boating or fishing, so there were no activities. The hotel also did not notify us in advance that they were not operating even though I mentioned these activities when asking. consultation before booking. So even though the space was beautiful, the family's experience was quite boring and felt it was not worth the cost. We hope the hotel will improve and be more clear with guests.
