Hanoi Quan Cau Giay 3-star Hotels

I booked a room at this homestay, and initially I was scared and worried after reading the reviews because I had already paid in full =))) But the owner was very helpful and supportive! Since it's a self-check-in homestay, you can message or contact them via the phone number on the app for guidance from A to Z. The room was clean and almost fully furnished. When I opened the closet, I even saw that the homestay had prepared an umbrella for guests in case it rained 😗 But I hope next time I visit, they'll add Netflix and a chill option, because sitting in the room with nothing to watch is so boring. The room even has a work desk for meeting deadlines, guys! =))))))

Very clean, comfortable and extraordinary hotel. There are various amenities provided including a food warmer. However, the distance from the hotel to interesting places is quite far at 5km. Need to get a motorbike to make movement easier.

The front desk staff are very kind. Breakfast quality is good. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. Recommend.

Great value! The mini apartment was comfortable a good size and had a number of amenities including cooking, washing machine fridge and water fountain. Bedroom was very comfortable and modern. Bathroom was clean and had great soaps and a Japanese toilet. Would definitely recommend!

The room was spacious and bright, with a bathtub, and very clean and comfortable! The location was excellent and convenient! It was fantastic! A truly beautiful hotel, I'd definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean, free time. The house is a bit hard to find, but in return, it is secure and the manager is very enthusiastic.

The facilities were kept clean and the staff were very friendly. It was cozy, no background noise, and comfortable. What was disappointing was that there was no open view and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room. If I come to Hanoi again, I would like to visit again. I was embarrassed because I didn't use the minibar, but I think there was a mistake. You corrected it right away. Thank you for providing a pleasant environment.

I extended my stay several times and stayed for about a month. There were no particular problems and it was comfortable. The ceiling in the room was high, so the air conditioner was not very effective. However, if you set the air conditioner to swing, it worked well. Wifi sometimes cuts off or is weak, but it will return to normal if you turn the router off and on again. Organic* and drinks are sold by the reception desk.

The hardware facilities and breakfast are quite satisfactory, but it is really annoying to see the electric drill start before 8:00 in the morning. I reported it to the front desk but they didn't stop.

A really comfy bed, friendly receptionist. Good location for walking the narrow streets of Hanoi. A bit far from attractions.
