Hotels in Quan Cau Giay, Hanoi

When on a business trip the location is unbeatable because you are right next to the business district and skip all the traffic. If on a tourist trip I would stay elsewhere. The rooms are spacious with well working airconditioning, the floor could be cleaner so keep your slippers on 🙂 The rooms on the front side are noisy due to the constant horning of traffic, back side is ok. The friendly staff allowed me to switch rooms during my stay. I would definitely return.

The location is good. Near Vin Com, California Gym, Elite Fitness, Go Market. Street is super busy. Super polluted (typical Hanoi). The hot water was good, but only for about 5 minutes. If you smoke, you can walk outside your room and one side of the building is open air. The beds were firm (i like that ). it oss down an alley from the main busy road. Taxi will have to drop you off at street. Local area nearby was great, wet market was like 1 minute walk. My time there was nice.

The room was spacious, clean, and I was very impressed. but… ・The shower in the bath does not have hot water (I don't know how to do it) ・The washing machine doesn't turn on and I don't know how to use it. Some issues may have been resolved by asking the front desk staff, but these two issues were very disappointing.

It was very nice, next time I will go there again when I am in Hanoi, everything was good and very friendly

A really nice hotel, everything is completely new, nice furniture, comfy bed, the staff is also super nice and helpful, I extended my stay twice and can recommend this place. It is not in the old town center but it’s also not that far if you take a grab so it was fine for me. Some nice restaurants nearby as well. All in all really nice hotel, thanks for the great stay!

good location, room is modern design and clean

Very nice for the price, also has a washing machine which was amazing for us. The room is also very spacious but a little far from the old town. Would still recommend!

Facilities: The hotel has a small pool and a small gym, both are quite compact. Service: The front desk staff were easy to communicate with, and they safely kept an item I forgot when I checked out. Environment: It's next to a main road, so there's a bit of noise.

My stay was ok, a little lacking on cleanliness and staff was really reserved, but nothing major.
