Nice hotel on the corner of busy market area. Good distance to attractions and malls. Staff were super friendly. But breakfast needs some serious work. Other than that. I would come back again.

It was really quick booking process and easy to find a way around My Dinh area. Very helpful and fully kindness staff. Room conditions was absolutely perfect clean and fresh. Just stay this hotel if you have plan to visit Hanoi!

This time I stayed in a windowless room on the 6th floor. The room price is cheap. It is about an 11-minute walk from Starbucks. There are restaurants and supermarkets along the road. It is convenient. There are only stairs in front of the hotel. There is a concierge who can help carry large luggage. The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The safe kept making noises during my stay. I called the front desk staff and they came to deal with it immediately. It was great👍

I just want to say that their service is great! ! I booked this place to go to the bp concert. Jin Vietnam’s attitude is very, very good. The front desk can help book a car back to Mong Cai. The staff will help with the luggage. There is a very high staircase at the door. The service and attitude are really first-class and I feel sincere! The hotel is relatively old but the facilities in the house are still good. It is a small disadvantage that water will leak in when it rains. Remember to choose a deluxe double bed room with a window, which is more breathable. Overall, I decided to give them full marks for paying for such a good service attitude💯

The hotel is a bit old, but the rooms are ok. If you want to eat better, you have to cross the opposite road and go straight to the left. There is a high-end restaurant. You can try it. The price is not expensive.

The windows are a bit small and can basically be ignored. Just stayed for one day. The waiter was very enthusiastic and gave us a free bottle of water.
