Phuong Nam Luxury Hotel Long Bien

The hotel is conveniently located, with a beautiful, clean, and green surrounding view. The rooms are small, pretty, and clean, suitable for families. The owner and staff are all enthusiastic, friendly, and willing to support customers. If I have the opportunity to go to Hanoi, I will still choose to stay here. I forgot to take a photo of the room, so I focused on taking a photo of the surrounding view 😅

I stayed here for one night because I was going to Bat Trang Pottery Village. From Gia Lam Station, I headed south, passing the Aeon Mall in Long Bien on the way. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area, one block away from the main road. The first floor in Japan is the ground floor, and the room on the top floor had a great view. The plugs are A-type and C-type, so you can use them in Japanese outlets as long as they are voltage-clean. I thought the cleanliness was good even for the average Japanese. Amenities included a toothbrush set, disposable comb, cotton swabs, shower cap, etc. - there was also a glass cup, refrigerator, electric kettle and ashtray. There were two pairs of sandals in the room. The firmness of the bed is standard in Vietnam, but it seems a bit hard in Japan. There are several noodle shops in the area. I have not confirmed the convenience stores, sorry.

The hotel is a little far from the tourist sites and the city center, but there is an Aeon Mall about 2km away. There are also Japanese restaurants and other facilities. I was traveling with a friend, so I chose a twin room with a window, but when we checked in on the day, we were told that there were no twin rooms with windows, so we were initially shown to a twin room without a window, but they changed it to a double bed room with a window. This time I booked a room described as a family room with city view, but if it doesn't have a window, I wish it was stated as no window. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean, but there is no water. There are restaurants nearby, so I think it's a convenient hotel.

Room is clean ok. Quiet space. Clean furniture. Will visit again
