The staff was very friendly, the cleanliness was pretty decent. The bed wasn't the best as I do not really enjoy spring mattress, I like very firm ones...so this was not the best for me. Overall had a nice experience and the location was really good. I think the narrow hall is not only here but present in most places in Hanoi.....

Good and friendly host. Breakfast is wonderful. English speaking manager . Clean up daily. Good location.

The staffs are very friendly. Just expect that the place is packed not too wide but more than enough already to satisfy your travel needs. Every close to center of old quarter. All foods and needs are available downstairs and nearby.

The receptionist Lucy is very friendly and always willing to help us with our needs. The location is great and very to near to everything.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. They were kind enough to provide a breakfast when we were leaving early. Very accommodating. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit run down. Our room was so hot because the top floor was like a greenhouse. Overall a great place to stay in Hanoi if you're on a budget.

Nice staying , room a bit too small and just a little window , but the staff and service really kind . Breakfast can be improved.

La Renta Hotel & Spa is the best, Locations is perfect, All the staff were realy nice and very helpful. I arrived from Sapa early morning, Lucy hurrily asked to the staff to prepare the room for me.. at that time was 8.00 Am.. They also helped me to book all the activity with very good price 👍Thankyou very much Lucy, Huang and Michael. I will comeback to Hanoi and stay with them .. 100% recommended..

The hotel locate at good location with many restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very easy to find food. Additionally, many street food options are available in the vicinity. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean.

I Stay for a night..for me all is good (location,service,food,and etc.)..recomemded if you are a budget traveler..

everything is great, budget hotel in the heart of old quarter. The receptionist is helpful, you can book day trip tours through hotel too!
