La Renta Hotel & Spa is the best, Locations is perfect, All the staff were realy nice and very helpful. I arrived from Sapa early morning, Lucy hurrily asked to the staff to prepare the room for me.. at that time was 8.00 Am.. They also helped me to book all the activity with very good price 👍Thankyou very much Lucy, Huang and Michael. I will comeback to Hanoi and stay with them .. 100% recommended..

First time visited Vietnam . Learn a lot of cultures . Very interesting

The location is perfect it is within the old quarter, the amenities is good though the room space is a little bit small. The room service is good and the staff are approachable

Very good hotel. They helped me buy a ticket to Sapa. They helped me with a SIM card. And they organized an excursion to Halong. This is the best hotel in my life.

Location near the center, many restaurants, convenience stores, new rooms, very friendly staff.♥️ If I have the opportunity, I will come back next time.

Very good service and nice staff. Was able to store my luggage in the hotel for several days while I was in Hong Kong for a short trip!

The signboard is not obvious ☹️The room is small but acceptable. I will book this hotel again if I have the opportunity. It is very close to Hanoi Bar Street and not too noisy. Very good accommodation quality

I stayed in room 409, and it suddenly got cold, so I tried to take a shower with warm water, but the warm water didn't come out, so I took a cold shower. There was a body shower, but it was a little disappointing that there was no soap.

Although the room is small, it is right next to my favorite Chinese fast food restaurant. The bedding is also very clean. The most important thing is that the breakfast is very good. It has passion fruit, sausage and bacon. I recommend it.
