The hotel has an excellent location and the area is beautiful to have a stroll under nature. The teal accents in the whole facility made it look super chic and modern, with great taste decoration everywhere. Two things i didnt like where the staff taking pictures of each guests’ faces, which we’ve never experienced before, as well as being woken up at 8 am by the cleaning staff knocking the door as if they are not sure if there are guest or not inside.
Room is comfortable, clean and spacious. Amenities are good too.

Perfect location and nice decoration, the room is so functional with 2 speakers, smart mirrors and automatic curtains,…the welcoming effect inside room is so interesting and unique. Staff is so friendly and helpful with high quality service even with affordable price. Thank you Front desk小林so much for the excellent support. I will comeback for the next trip to Hangzhou. As a 5 stars Front Office before i really appreciate your service!

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant aroma in the air. Its convenient location made it easy to find and accessible for transportation to various attractions and dining options. However, the room I booked for two people didn't have a window, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic at times. Nevertheless, considering the reasonable price compared to other accommodations in the city center, it was still a good value for the money.

Non smoking room ordered but the room was filled with past customer smoking smell... Rokm small n dark even with window but do not want to open it as it was very close to other building (hand could touch other building window n say Hi to ppl next build if u like)..long walking distance from closer metro.. Ard 20to25mins...that's my feedback overall.

The location of the hotel is good, close to the lake and there are also many food options in the area. The staff at the hotel are friendly and happy to help (Thanks, Jen Li). Unfortunately, no one speaks English... The room is fine. However, they could do a little more in terms of cleanliness. What bothered me in the room is the smell of cigarettes, also the walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors (who were really loud; a family with a child). It is ok.

The stuff was amazing! The woman I met at the reception was warm and welcoming. She literally helped me with my bags to my respective room. Check out was easy took a second. The hotel was very clean
