Excellent room design with tasteful surroundings. 戚继紅女士 treated guests with genuine concern and care. She was a deligent supervisor and an example for all the staff to follow!
There are lots of room for improvement to make the sole restaurant/canteen a more attractive spot with better food, maybe a renown chef, and to give the guests another good reason to stay in this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent area, great for coffee lovers. Hotel rooms have nice decor, but does not support in room service that’s the only downside for me. I love my midnight burger call.

This trip I took my parents on a trip. Because my parents had difficulty with their legs and feet, they chose to stay in a hotel in a wetland. The scenery is great when they go out. I booked Anyu, a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, because it was fully booked. It was a real rip-off. Apart from the fact that it looks well-renovated and relatively new, the hotel really has no soul. It only has an external form but no substance. The service is really far from good. Overall, it is not worth their room rate at all. The hotel's soft furnishings and lighting are also very average. I will definitely not stay here again and I don't recommend it!

Fanyun Xixi is more like a landscape located in Xixi Wetland, very beautiful. Comfortable and clean accommodation, good scenery and convenient travel are the most important things I value when choosing a hotel for vacation. The service is great and warm. I plan to take my family there again next week.
The shower is not constant temperature, it would be better if it is renovated.

After arriving at the north gate, a shuttle bus came to pick us up. The hotel is right inside the Xixi Wetland Park. The environment is amazing, quiet and beautiful. We came here in a hurry this time and didn't visit many places. I will stay here again next time!
