This hotel has a lot of character to it with a consistent syyle throughout the hotel, it is cheerful and has a homely feel to it. Good for young families and or trips with friends

Overall a very pleasant experience. Room is as shown in their pictures. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Would definitely come back.

I don’t think I’ve stayed at a place with as much personality as this place: There are so many messages on the walls that it feels like the building is talking to you. Although a bit far from downtown, it’s in a nice modern neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants around. Dujiaqiao metro station is close, as is Wanda Plaza. Liked the projector in the room. Loved the tall windows. Power bank stations are on every floor, really convenient. The rooms feel like an IKEA showroom and aren’t as comfortable as they could be. The decor feels cost efficient. Deliveries were problematic because there aren’t any robotic butlers. Breakfast looked very basic so I went to Tim’s across the pathway. Staff was great.

The suite has an independent bathroom and a safety lock. The room is large enough and the service staff has a good attitude. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit ordinary. The location is a bit far, but the subway can still reach the West Lake. Nice hotel, I will recommend it next time. 

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway. I didn't want to stay at the lakeside during the May Day holiday because it was crowded. I stayed here because there were many choices of food and food around. It was also good to take the bus to Qiaoxi Cultural District for breakfast and eat and walk along the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal. The hotel's sanitation, environment, facilities and services were all very good.

Multiple stays, comfortable and warm, convenient transportation, first choice for business trips

For the current economic choice, it is definitely a highlight; a big brand, guaranteed sanitary conditions, and a very young environment; it is very convenient to check in by car. Compared with many hotels, and for reference to cost performance, if you don’t care much about breakfast and other hardware conditions, you can recommend this one; it is similar to All Seasons and Atour, but the comfort level varies from person to person; I personally feel that it is still very good compared to Marriott, in terms of accommodation alone; if you want a good night’s sleep, you can book it without extravagant expectations. I feel that the cost performance may be good in Hangzhou; of course, there may still be hardware differences compared to Radisson or European and American five-star hotels; you get what you pay for; if you stay for 1-2 nights, non-resort hotels can be used as a reference;

The room was very good. I stayed there for one night and will stay there later. The front desk service was also very good and thoughtful. Yomi and Eric were very good.
