The location of the hotel is good, beside the West Lake, parking is convenient. The only downside is that the surrounding area is bars and clubs. It will be a little noisy at night. 位於保淑路2號，出門就望到西湖，往左靠近遊輪碼頭，後邊即是斷橋，過白堤一公里多點就到孤山了，院子停車也方便。缺點是致命的鬧，原以為唱卡拉OK嗎？不料是樓的問題還是其他，整個樓都在震動中。

住過最差的酒店，其實前台態度很好，也再三説明瞭噪音情況，但我沒想到能吵到這種程度。七八十分貝的噪音，2點前是K歌等聲音混合。2點到4點多是低音炮的抨擊聲。那聲音還可以共振，我實在睡不着3點多忍不住打了110，派出所説那是正常營業，周邊沒居民區，衹有這個酒店，所以不算擾民。晚上70分貝以上吵住酒店的叫沒事。噁心，對杭州印象就被這個敗壞了。更搞笑的是出警了聲音也是一樣吵。我不怪前台，但這個噪音值得負分。

位置很好，方便逛西湖，環境衞生也不錯，有廚房，公共洗衣機和晾衣陽台，總體感覺很好，樓上會所夜間有點吵，怕吵的可以戴耳塞！不提供早餐，但自己可以導航到街道對面（大約幾百米遠）吃杭州特色早點！

服務：前台小姐姐服務滿分，超級無敵好，會貼心的告知酒店問題。
環境：在四樓，樓上樓下都是KTV，房間很小很小，很潮濕，晚上有很多很多蚊子，插着電蚊香也不管用，在噪音和蚊子的攻擊下，一家人一整夜幾乎沒睡（其實噪音還好，後半夜就很安靜了，主要蚊子實在太多太多了）
衞生：牆面都是黑手印黑道子，四件套也有很多黑點點，幸好帶了一次性的四件套，連忙給換上了，晚上睡覺被子有點潮濕，地面應該沒打掃乾淨，還有很多頭髮。
設施：一次性物品比較全，沒有的東西告知前台也會及時補上。
