I booked a four seasons city room. I really liked the layout of the room, the fixtures and fittings were nice and the room had a great feeling to it overall. The reception staff were friendly and even offered free breakfast coupons. The hot water in the room itself however was lukewarm at the best of times, both in the shower and bath. I mentioned to the hotel that the water wasn't warm enough and they noted that they were aware of the problem and had tried to fix it, but couldn't. Unfortunately this isn't good enough for a new hotel which opened in 2020 and received a 4.7/5 review on trip.com. My baths and showers therefore had to be very short as the water was so tepid. There was also nowhere to hang towels or bath robes, a small detail but something that the hotel could consider looking into.

房間面積不大，設施還算齊全，但是沒什麼地方掛衣服。酒店早餐選擇不多，但還行。衞生設施齊全，但設計不合理。優勢在於有家庭房，如何隨行的孩子較大，適合選擇這裏

訂了個帶浴缸的房間，浴缸很大孩子很喜歡，房間乾淨很安靜，裝修也很新，親子旅行不錯到各個景點也近。

體驗感太差了，11點睡覺之前空調機轟轟響，然後以為是温度高了，還要一會兒，一直吵得腦袋轟轟響，睡不着，打電話呼叫前台，還得等他安排住宿之後來看，換個一個房間好多了，不知道是蚊子咬還是床單不乾淨，反正又是腿癢醒，我的天一個晚上熬過去的，差評
