The hotel is reasonably priced with clean room, good toilet and bathroom. The location is not far from shopping centre but don't have convenient store nearby. Taxi is also difficult to find but the reception staff is very helpful in getting taxi and other forms of transport for us to visit places and to the airport. Photo shows us taking breakfast in the hotel.

房間挺好的。我下單的特價房。三百多一天。到店衹能住特價的房間，房間硬件軟件什麼的沒問題。衹是太吵了。特價房樓層較矮，緊靠大馬路。我睡眠輕，一夜無眠。從平台拍的時候含兩份早餐，訂單也含，但入住之後告知是不含早餐的。而且前台的幾個人一直重複的説你是特價房特價房怎麼怎麼樣，説了很多遍。我很尷尬。不知道前台的服務人員自己出門的時候舍不捨得住全季，這麼高貴真不適合做服務人員。前台三個人，都沒有服務意識…真的服務太差了。酒店不該如此。

五一假期出行入住，酒店衞生環境乾淨，酒店大堂客服人員熱情，距離星光大道和杭州印也比較近，自助早餐種類多味道也好。總體來説值得推薦！

衞生：打掃的比較一般，不止圖片那個地方有頭髮，地上也有，馬桶也是細節打掃的不到位。
服務：入住的時候前台那個戴眼鏡的小姐姐態度不好，脾氣有點沖。
⚠️酒店不太隔音，晚上睡覺隔壁的人説話我都能聽到，而且聽的很清楚。退房酒店給送了小禮品。
