The hotel was excellent,
Location is good , near to the hotel there is many places to eat and drink, also barbecue.
Room was clean service are good.
Really recommend this hotel for travelers.

洗澡水龍頭的水亂噴的
馬桶很難沖
入住的時候説過的2點退房
12點多瘋狂打電話，影響我睡覺
沒接上還來敲門，服了

酒店很氣派，一進大堂就看到古色古香，進去酒店環境和照片一樣，乾淨，很有設計感。方便快捷，設施完善，房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。外賣送來會送上去，裝修風格簡潔，位置很好找，交通也很方便，有停車場，晚上可以看夜景，外出要逛還送了手寫地圖，前台小郎服務熱情周到，飲用水也準備了礦泉水和茶包，很有心。早餐品種很多，但葷素、粗細、中西搭配，吃起來也讓人舒服！酒店的服務人員也很專業，能感受到他們的主動服務性。

真的不太乾淨，廁所一股尿味，已經通知前臺讓他們收拾房間的時候把廁所地面和馬桶清洗乾淨，但沒有什麼改善。房間也沒有收拾乾淨，很多塵埃和蚊子。最後一天馬桶更是堵了，馬桶水都溢出來了。這分是給幫忙同廁所和清理房間的大叔的，人真的很好，都凌晨了，沒有一絲不耐煩。最後我們要求前臺換房間了。

攜程確認的升房，結果沒升，辦理入住時前台也沒提。
備註了多送兩瓶水，也沒送。
被子有污漬。
確認的延遲退房，前台也不清楚，12點來催退房。
早餐廳節假日開到10點，問前台，前台説衹有周六週日到10點，平時到9：30，國慶也算平時。結果發現開到10點後，業務很不熟悉。
衹給了牙刷，梳子、刮鬍刀得下樓再拿。

由於出差定了這裏的酒店，酒店很多小設計關中傳統民宿老物件和現代簡約設計混搭令人耳目一新。房間設施齊全，很新，床睡着很舒服，疲憊一掃而空。我平時睡覺很輕，但是在這裏完全聽不到樓道和隔壁的聲音，非常贊地理位置離地鐵站很近很方便，旁邊的小路一直走也可以步行，辦理入住是小郎給我辦的，我跟她講第二天幫我四點叫早去機場第二天凌晨五點退房前往機場搭乘飛機。但餐廳的還沒有出早餐，因此她心想，可不能讓我餓着肚子離開酒店去趕飛機，便默默把這個訊息記在心裏，打算為我準備一份打包早餐。第二天凌晨四點鐘，她用微波驢加熱了鮮肉包以及核桃包，再搭配冷某某、曲奇、水果、堅果和牛奶，一份簡單的營養早餐就準備好了。當我退房時，看到小郎送上的早餐，及意外又驚喜，令人感到温暖。
