真的特別乾淨 我是一個特別矯情的人 出門定個酒店 有一個差評我都不會住 他家讓我一晚接着一晚續住就是乾淨 不知道是不是新開的原因 希望以後來杭州還住這裏 位置也好 離國市特別近 每天晚上餓了就直接去吃飯 走路五分鐘就到了 樓下就有超市 如果挑刺他家唯一讓我能説出毛病的就是沒有男朋友要的煙灰缸了

一行人組團出來旅遊，是朋友介紹的酒店，性價比很高，酒店房間衞生乾淨，打掃的阿姨也很熱情，到房間的時候空調已經打開了，還問我累了吧，房間裏有免費的農夫山泉礦泉水，蚊香液，洗衣液啥的，真是太貼心了，説睡了我們的床能解乏，確實我睡了一晚確實是又解乏又舒服，離地鐵站近，出行都挺方便的，樓下就是杭州特色餐廳，各大街小巷都是網紅店，客服也很熱情，很細緻，真心的為這個酒店點贊，服務太好了，讓我很舒心，下次來杭州還住他家。
酒店位置好，去往嘉裏中心，武林銀泰，杭州大廈都是很方便，房間內要用的東西也非常齊全，一進房間的瞬間就給人滿室的温馨，是我喜歡的風格，房間乾淨，整潔，24小時保安巡邏，安全感十足，真不賴
前台小姐姐熱情周到，辦理迅速，房間乾淨清爽，到房間也有香香的味道，房間的燈有三個顏色，很温馨，房間配置拖鞋等一次性物品齊全，隔音效果也很好，完全可以一覺睡到大天明，位置也很好，去往西湖也很方便，武林夜市步行也就衹需要10分鐘，穿過武林夜市就到斷橋啦！

房間很好，位置也好找，門口好多吃的玩的，離景區也近。淋浴雖然和廁所在一起，但是很好的是淋浴門可以單獨關上。另外，還有洗衣機和洗衣液這個大大的好評

大晚上下的飛機 晚11點多入住 前台小姐姐電話耐心指導房間位置 很熱情
但是到了 房間 屋子竟然有人住過 沒記收拾了 嚇了一跳 明天一早要工作 所以調換打電話因為太晚了可能服務人員都休息了 很久聯繫不到 折騰12點多睡下的 太困了 就沒計較了 這麼樣吧 下次多注意檢查下 別出這種紕漏了

來杭州體驗感最差的一家民宿沒有之一，房間靠近街邊巨吵無比（視頻音量可以開最大感受一下有多吵），半夜三點多旁邊酒樓傳來轟鳴聲，大早上樓上裝修吵的要死，真的連好好休息的權益都沒有。衞生間洗手枱發黴，廁所紙巾也是別人扯過的，沒有更換新的。

地理位置好，離西湖近，在市中心，管家熱情周到，服務態度好，房間是我見過最乾淨的酒店，房間的風格也是我喜歡的樣子。安靜屬於鬧中取靜，交通便利，有兩條線的地鐵站。
