The hotel's location was really good, close to the metro station and other places. There is a beautiful river view near the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly. Highly recommend booking this hotel.

A bit of a walk to the metro but near bus stops. So location is not too bad. Room was big enough, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big enough too. Lots of food options around.

I am very happy with my stay in Huihe Hotel. Besides the hardware being very good, the staff were very helpful, accommodative and provided me with warm hospitality. I had a long stay there and they made me feel so at home.

自己去杭州玩訂的酒店，離西湖近，去哪裡都是幾公里車程，環境還可以!服務很熱情啊!沒有網上説的那麼糟!走廊隔音效果確實差了一點，但是問題不大!總體來説還不錯!房間配備有小度設備語音還蠻智能化的。而且價格不會貴的離譜嘿嘿

1.空調沒清洗過，每個月空調必須清洗乾淨，萬一會過敏怎麼處理。
2.浴室有問題 三角架放不洗漱用品，儘快檢查修的 不要延遲 浪費時間，衞生間都沒有一次性刷牙包和一次性水杯 沒有香皂
3.我進去檢查仔細看一下房間裏，發現床上底面有一個抽煙扔了，洗手間有一個頭發和紙巾，還有灰塵多，沒打掃衞生好
4.電器有問題，修修修
結果一樓前台登記一下那邊自己拿取帶一次性洗刷牙包和一次性拖鞋還有一次性水杯，真無語 ，小氣錢嗎，為什麼不放刷牙包 拖地 水杯房間裏。。。
缺點自己去拿取都是一次性不帶不方便
嚴格要求一定要檢查一下，嚴重警告
