The hotel is very close to the zoo, the downstairs is very convenient for the whole family, and the price is not expensive. The only uncomfortable thing about this experience is the family we booked

中午12點多到達酒店 放好東西就出門了 晚上12點多回來發現 房間有一陣陣異常聲音 打去前台問 居然説 這是電梯升降的聲音 沒辦法處理 訂的時候就説明瞭 其它房間也滿了 沒辦法換 攜程正常價格訂的 也不是特價指定房 從來也沒人電話通知過 到的時候前台也沒提過 就拿點耳塞來解決問題 整晚都有聲音 後面如果訂家庭房的 拿到酒店給的電梯旁第一間 可以直接換了 事後再問也是白搭 衹會推脱

一進入酒店大堂就有淡淡茶香，服務人員都很安靜禮貌。近來差不多每週都要來富陽區銀湖街道這一片，我個人認為可以算是這一片最好的酒店了，雖然還會有這樣那樣的不完美。但我住的這段時間感覺，這家酒店確實會有家的感覺。
樓下的富春山房飯店和全家超市也都不錯，不僅是方便，質素也都不錯。
希望一起，繼續恬靜舒適的，往前努力進步吧！

距離地鐵口和野生動物世界都挺近，可以免費停車，帶着孩子過去還送了小玩具和小童牙刷拖鞋，服務挺周到，房間寬敞明亮，家庭房很舒服。
