早餐很差，基本無服務可言，服務人員很冷漠。房間沒什麼景觀。離市區很遠，周邊除了個東方文化園，基本是沒什麼可觀賞的，非節假日訂620，不值這個價

酒店比較設施老了，服務中規中矩吧相比之下價格有些高了，感覺不出五星酒店的水準。環境一般植物半天然生長了，一些鬼谷子養生和旅遊團的入住較多。

非常好的體驗，房間大還帶陽台，1米3的雙床一家人正好，住的房型的帶杭州長喬極地海洋公園門票感覺很實惠。

在景區內，風景很美，還能划船，隔壁有個很大的寺廟，周邊沒什麼吃的，一般叫外賣，哈哈不錯，性價比很高。

酒店環境很好，衞生也好 ，設施比較老，服務很好，早餐很豐富，小子都高興壞了，説天天要來吃，服務很周到，房間很寬敞，還有陽台，總之挺不錯。

性價比很高，酒店位置也挺好，房間也挺大，但是我們是當天下午兩點半到酒店的，酒店前台接待説房間衞生還沒好，需要等待，我們帶着兩歲的寶寶，需要睡覺休息，而且入住時間是下午兩點就可以，，給他一頓説又是有乾淨房了，這頓操作也是可以的。當天晚上外面玩好回酒店是20:27，房間門又是打不開，自己去前台刷卡還是打不開，後聯繫客服放人來開門還是進不去，到最後又是説房門沒電了，服務員説修房門的人去跑菜了，讓我們等，小孩子嘛困死，酒店人員嗎不慌不忙的，過了大概二三十分鐘才解決
