酒店位置很好，在西湖景區裏面，靠近烏龜潭和三台夢跡，離茅家埠也不遠，非常的清幽。
酒店自身的景色也漂亮，餐食味道不錯，價格很實惠（量很足）。
酒店現在旁邊有很多私家菜，不想吃酒店餐，可以出去覓食哈
值得再次入住的一家店～

第二次入住，喜歡酒店的位置和服務，很有家的感覺。酒店周圍的環境非常好，屬於西湖外圍，最喜歡烏龜潭于謙祠浴鵠灣，留下美好的回憶

整理很滿意，位置距離景區不遠，帶孩子還給提前合好了床，整體設施可以，乾淨衞生，前台小丁服務熱情，很貼心，晚上還送紙，挺好的體驗

酒店位置很幽靜，裏面環境也很好。
四口之家，看中了房間夠大。房間設施有點老，樓下是衞生間和小小客廳，大小床卧都在二樓，洗漱燒水有點不方便。空間足夠大。
酒店服務不錯，前台小丁服務很親切。

酒店雖然看起來有些老舊，但是裏面設施還可以，很安靜適合帶孩子。景色很美，好像住到了森林裏一樣，天然大氧吧！山莊裡的環境就已經很美了。離景點也不是很遠，下次來還會考慮這個酒店

從16年開始陸續住過三台山莊幾次，這次的印象有點一言難盡。
3號樓的典雅房是第一次體驗入住，房間設施是對得起700多的房價的，畢竟在景區又是週末。
服務上，其實每位服務人員都盡職盡責，在這裏對被我發過火的前台説一句抱歉——其實不是對你們的服務有火氣，這個不愉快的心情應該是衝著管理層的：一次性拖鞋的問題，景區提倡不主動提供一次性用品，但是“不主動”和“不提供”我想區別還是很大的，所謂“環保循環使用消毒過的拖鞋”應該是讓客人來選擇，而不是強制。好在前台最後幫我拿了兩雙一次性拖鞋到房間。
3號樓是一棟小小的歷史性保護建築，二樓小小的客房區域裏設定一個餐廳，任由一大羣食客大聲喧囂吵鬧到晚上11點，嚴重影響周圍住客的休息，這樣的事，説實話第一次碰到。
以上的問題，希望酒店管理層能思考一下——不要因為是總工會療養院不愁客源就缺乏換位思考的服務能力。
最後，再次感謝住店期間前台的幾位工作人員，你們的妥善處理很及時温暖。

環境：三台山莊的環境真的沒話説，位於靈隱景區內，酒店周圍鬱鬱葱葱，孩子在酒店庭院裏就可以玩的很開心。並且酒店步行去烏龜潭很近，且一路很方便。到花港觀魚也是步行可到的距離，非常適合到這一帶遊玩的朋友們。
服務：再説服務，因為帶着孩子，所以提前跟酒店提了需求，希望把兩個單人床並在一起。酒店費心貼心得幫忙安排了，並且幫忙搬運行李等等，真是太貼心了。
飲食：酒店的早餐非常豐富，無論是中式早餐還是西式早餐都很不錯，並且也有很多杭州本地特色飲食。晚餐中的西湖牛肉羹給我們留下了深刻印象，得到了全家老小的好評。
