必須要認真點評一次。各種酒店都住過了，這次的這家酒店公寓服務是真的好。原本預訂的到店時間是14:00，但早上9:30就到了，很多酒店肯定是如果入住時間沒到，就衹能等，我想經常出門的人都會遇到。這家酒店公寓的小哥沒半點推脱，衹解釋了下T4房間還沒退出來，立馬親自帶着去了T3安排同類房間。
第二天，新天地T3這樓有意外失火情況。而我回來的比較晚，回來才發現居然沒水。微信詢問酒店，酒店小哥馬上回復找物業問詢，大半夜還專門跑來查看還。後來才知道物業正在搶修。本身停水並非酒店原因，但酒店方積極答應第二天安排房間用於洗漱。
第三天十點過就安排了換房。退房時間還一直延遲到下午六點。本來説再給酒店付個鐘點房費用，但酒店小哥堅決不收。這服務態度真心不錯，值得推薦。疫情期間，大家都不容易，多些理解與包容。
以後來杭州，就定這家了。毫無懸念！

🚗 交通：交通更方便，出了門就有公交站，去地鐵站也不算太遠，過來看演出，場地就在公寓對面，走路很方便
🧹衞生：這次安排了一間比較乾淨的房間
