Really friendly staff but shower was broken and didn’t have the time to report as was only staying one night

The hotel staffs were really nice, got our group very early checkin. The room was very nice and amenities were complete. Used the airport transfer which is also on time.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport is very convenient and easy to use. Hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood; we recommend taking a walk around.

I have been using Ctrip to book hotels for so long. This is the first time that I can't wait to write a review before leaving the hotel so that I can quickly comment after checking out. 1. The hygiene is extremely bad. We are attending a three-day training in the Rs hotel next to this hotel (later we found out that they are the same company. The door of this hotel is closed, and the lobby is used to pile up sundries. We come in from the Rs hotel. It is estimated that they share a front desk to save costs, and the room card is taken from the Rs hotel). When we first booked it, we were struggling whether to stay in this hotel. Considering that the three-day course is from 9 to 9, it is inconvenient to stay far away. So under the guidance of the course organizer, the two hotels are the same store, and either side is fine, except for the price difference. We were given the room card when we arrived in the morning, which felt pretty good, and we could put our luggage in the room in advance. However, when we entered the room, we saw the boogers and black stains on the pillows, as well as the stains on the towels. We were worried about the hygiene of this hotel, and there was no bottom line and disgust. But there would be no boogers whenever the sheets were changed. It was not the problem of the linen cleaning manufacturer at all. Fortunately, I brought disposable sheets and quilts before departure, so I just had to bear with it! Listening to classes from morning to night was tiring, and it was rare for me to spend energy on this, not to mention that I had a solution. 2. Terrible service: What prompted me to complain to Ctrip was their extremely poor service. We ordered food at the Rs restaurant at noon on the first day. Because we came out of class and ordered early, we were the first to be served. But in the afternoon, we were also the first to order food. We sat down around 12:45, and until 13:30, the next table was served, but our food was not served. I asked the staff myself, and they said that it was because the machine had a problem when ordering food, and our food was not served, so they re-ordered. Our class started at 14:00 and we didn’t eat until 13:30. After re-ordering, they didn’t say anything, and they didn’t apologize for us waiting so long with an empty stomach. And the front desk, there was no smile, as if she owed her money. When we left the store, a large crane blocked the road outside, and there was no staff to guide us. It was the crane master who let us take the elevator down to the underground first floor and walk up from the garage. 3. Management chaos: There are two hotels, but they share a front desk; there is one hotel, but the decoration styles are different, and the two doors separating them are always open. There is no standard for cleaning the room. From the room to the restaurant, there are many places that reveal a messy feeling. 4. There is a lot of noise under the flight path Finally, it’s still hygiene. When my husband was brushing his teeth, someone dripped on his head. He found that it was the return air outlet of the air conditioner. He looked up and saw that the blinds were dirty. There were even spiders in the shower room. After finishing work in the middle of the night, I went to take a shower and was so scared that I lost my sleep. I encountered so many bad factors by myself. This is definitely not accidental, so please consider carefully whether to stay. After all, such poor hygiene standards are here. This is not a problem of people, but a problem of hotel management!

The hotel has a restaurant, but we were too lazy to go downstairs and ordered takeout. A robot delivered it to the room. I checked in and evaluated it myself. The underground garage is convenient for parking and is close to the airport. Our family parked our car in the hotel's underground garage and the hotel sent a driver to pick us up when we returned to Hangzhou. It was very convenient. There is a big camphor tree restaurant downstairs. The special offer for 2-3 people is enough. It is very suitable for my Hangzhou stomach. The pickled fish is very good. If you don't want to eat out, you can choose this restaurant. There is a birdcage sofa in the room. The children like it very much and slept on it for a night.

The front desk is warm and thoughtful; every service staff will greet the guests when they see them; the room attendant also feels like a live-in auntie, very nice!
