The room is quite decent, typical of an American inn, but the service is great. The front desk is as welcoming as a family member, and they even helped me buy NBA tickets. Especially the lady at the front desk talked about my dear, which is so heart-warming... Also The two men were a little lacking, but the overall situation was still good. The buffet breakfast options were enough to fill you up. Compared to the room rate, the complimentary breakfast was so delicious! The key is the underground laundry room, which is Virgo’s favorite. I will stay there again if I have the opportunity. It’s so convenient to have a self-driving car, and the parking fee of 20 US dollars a day is also acceptable😍😍

For some reason I was overcharged I might have to reconsider using a third party app to get a hotel room next time this is ridiculous and I’m not sure if it was mold or something else but I saw it almost everywhere especially on the furniture in the room and under the bed and the head of the bed was disgusting in between the wall the bed was against and the bed itself, also some rust on the way they have some products on the bathroom instead of just using normal soap they have liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner which is more than most would have but I don’t think is actually needed because the average person usually has their own products they prefer to use either way so just a small bar soap should be fine although I did like the smell of the liquid hand soap there but again there was also something else next to it overt the bathroom sink that wasn’t necessary and I didn’t need, and because of them material used to lock these in place, I know it wouldn’t age well as I started to see rust on them. Because of the constant exposure to the water from the shower. But I don’t think most people would look that hard at stuff that I did as I said on the surface everything seemed fine but it’s when you look closer that you begin to see the staff doesn’t take their time or there needs to be more cleaning staff as I know they did construction and added several new rooms

Wasnt the cleanest, there was an eaten chicken leg under our bed and we had to change rooms...not sure if that was any better.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was the usual morning foods but what threw us for a loop were all the unexpected fees. A daily service fee, parking fee, and shuttle fee seemed overly excessive. We had to leave early and thankfully we were refunded the unused parking fee and service fee, so hard to complain too loudly.

One of the best hotels we've stayed at in a long time. Very very clean! Felt very safe there with security walking around and every single door locked. Will definitely stay there again!

The staff were amazing: professional, kind and with a great sense of humor! The location is next to the freeway so it's a quick access for traveling. That makes it more noisy of course. Ask for a room on the side away from the freeway. Earplugs are also helpful. The only issue I had was with travelers who would put their left over dinner trash outside their door in the hallway. It wouldn't get collected overnight which made the hallways smell terrible in the morning.

Highlights: large room, new washroom with box, freezer, microwave, good internet, good breakfast, near South Bay Mall with different stores, supermarket and restaurants options, easy to book the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Areas to improve: daily cleanliness of the room; Most employees are in a bad mood; elevator in poor conditions, difficult to book the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Negative points: far from downtown to go walking. 15-22 dollars ride to Hynes convention center by uber, few options of buses. Located in an unsafe region of Boston (Dorchester).

I liked that it is walking distance from shopping, dining, and supermarket. I didn’t like that people where waiting by the side door and let themselves into the property without a room card.

My largest complaint was this is in a really sketchy part of town which I understand the hotel can't help but if I was booking and traveling alone I would want to know that. You have to be buzzed into the hotel to check in and after that it requires a key card to enter. I also found it deeply puzzling that you had to request soap from the front desk. Housekeeping staff refused to give it to you. That should be a basic provision in my opinion, especially with how expensive it is to stay there.
