從到酒店開始，前台服務態度就很熱情，還會提醒你防止電信詐騙等等，到房間以後發現衞生也很到位，洗漱用品用完了打電話給前台也會第一時間送到，而且周邊娛樂場所也比較多，下次來杭州我還要住這個酒店

不錯，是酒店的正常水平。唯一沒注意的是好像是電競房裡麪還有倆台電腦，當時是出差。到酒店就是為了睡覺，也沒顧得上。還好插座都夠用，跟前一天桐鄉的酒店相比真是一個天上一個地下，回去又晚又累照片沒顧得上拍。總的來説還是不錯的

服務態度很好，前台美女小姐姐很有耐心，店長人很好，第一晚訂的時尚大床房，後面兩晚訂的特惠，店長都讓免費不補差價住在了同一間房，最後一天續住了平台不能取消訂單，退房也沒有扣費。床很大，兩個人一起旅遊來住的話比青旅性價比高，阿姨每天也會來打掃衞生。其他如評論好評沒有多大差別。窗户靠走廊無陽光，很黑，不開燈會和黑夜一樣，有助睡眠；房間不隔音，但除了其他旅客入住的時候外其他時間也沒什麼聲音；洗漱的牙刷自帶叭，用着很不舒服。
