酒店入住乾淨整潔衞生，前台服務很熱情周到，價格很實惠不貴，出行很方便附近有公交地鐵，美食小吃也很多，下次還會來入住！

房間插座快壞了，衞生差，噪音巨大，沒電梯，這些都無所謂了。但是老闆不接電話，沒有前台，掉了車鑰匙這麼重要的東西不電話告知就算了，打電話過去還聯繫不上，好不容易通了説明天再看，直接掛了！😤我急得不行衹能自己打車過去看看到底在不在，明明車鑰匙就在前台放着，電話打過去了跟我説一聲都不行？真的耽誤事

明明裝修是旅館級別的，非要起個酒店名字的名字，房間味道和設施讓人失望。公道點説，衹有價格對得起，但酒店綜合評分絕對是刷出來的

女生獨居且大晚上到杭州的千萬不要來這家，周圍環境晚上有點亂，大門口周圍一股酒味，位置也真的很偏，這個酒店的滴滴定位還會出問題把人仍在離酒店三百米的地方，不如多加十塊二十塊到繁華一點的市區居住

商家服務態度極差，十點多還在睡覺呢，沒敲門沒打電話就直接闖進來了而且一共闖進來三次讓他出去他也不會出去一個老頭好像是他們的前台老闆態度真的太差了，而且還直接轟我出去垃圾商家大家避雷吧
