The room is large, the sight line is good, and there is a balcony to view the scenery. Friends who like to cook can also do it by themselves to get enough food and clothing, and have everything they need to cook and seasoning. . . 酒店看著錶麪是乾淨的，但有好多跳蚤，住完渾身是疙瘩，大概有30多個包，手上，胳肢窩 ，背上全是包，回家了清理衣服都是難題，每次接觸穿過的衣服跳蚤就會重新跑到另外的衣服上，煩死了，真心不推薦

兩個房間有兩個大床沒有客廳（就是一室一廳改的兩個房間）距離斷橋確實很近，與温德姆應該是同一個物業吧，樓是連結到一起的，中午到杭州房間已經好了很快可以拿到房間不用等，要得東西也很快給到，每個房間外面有個大陽台方便晾曬衣服，用短訊辦理入住，位置不太好找，在一個巷子裏面，總體還是推薦的

體驗感非常不好，催退並沒有打電話 ，服務員來打掃沒有敲門詢問是否沒人就直接開門進來，還好我在蓋着被子睡覺，假設我剛洗好澡沒穿衣服這個後果誰承擔，房間不配水就算了，設備也挺舊的，床邊的開關還關不了燈還要去門口關，洗手間燈洗臉池熱水也要等很久才有

公寓對面就是西湖，步行用不了五分鐘。房間寬敞明亮，衞生很乾凈，床鋪一塵不染（我習慣到酒店第一件事就是掀開床看看來判斷酒店衞生好不好）。整體歐式風格，微波爐冰箱洗衣機燒水壺都很齊全。大投影很贊！👍🏻操作方便，對眼睛影響小，娃看動畫片看爽了。24小時熱水，空調尤其給力，調到最小風房間就很涼快。陽台風景也很不錯，能看到西湖寶石山上的保俶塔，夜景尤其美麗。老闆很熱情，溝通順暢，消息回覆迅速，有求必應。我們是晚班車回京，中午退房後需要找個小時房休息，老闆很迅速的給安排的妥妥當當。在此祝老闆生意興隆！
