Room is neat and clean. Have Starbucks coffee facility at first floor. staff is very cooperative. Offered me free latte cos it was my first time stay with them

房間空間適中，抽屜櫃子真的很多，長期住比較推薦，早餐可口，基本的品種都涵蓋的

春節家庭出遊，恰趕上2月14入住，另外補了80元。前台問了一下是哪個平台定的，告知是攜程，主動詢問哪個平台預訂這情況也是第一次遇到。到房間後，發現房間是天井內窗，空調不太給力，半個小時後，房間也才有16°，兩張單人床想合併到一起，因為帶着孩子，拉開後發現窗跟牆之間垃圾慘不忍睹。就下定決心去調換房間。剛到走廊裏，過來一個拉着大吸塵器的男“服務員”走了過來（一開始以為他衹是服務員），主動詢問遇到了什麼問題，跟他講了房間空調不太制熱，半個小時了，站在還凍得哆嗦，想去換個房間。他説你們是旅遊團的嗎，我説不是，是自由行，他説這一排房間一般都是安排給旅遊團的。難怪我們這一層沒啥鄰居。他説你們在房間裏等着吧，我去前台幫你們反映一下。很快接到了前台電話，説是接到了李董的指示，給我們升級房間（原來我誤以為服務員的竟是酒店董事），很快又是李董親自帶着房卡上來了。給我們換到了同層的另一間房，窗户是正常的了，雙床也從1.2變成了1.5。一路還給我們賠不是，説前台可能弄錯了，出門在外開心最重要。弄得我們挺過意不去，在此特別感謝李董。一夜安眠，第二天的早餐還算豐盛。吃完冒着小雨去下一站了。
