一樓電梯入口處和樓道里的地毯太臟了，烘乾機裏的贓物好久都沒人清理。每天室內無人打掃，衹是有人放入一次性紙杯，兩瓶400ml的水，牙刷和毛巾浴巾。

過年期間在這裏住了5天，除了位置有點偏僻外，酒店的設施還是不錯的，第1次看到這種小電梯，帶上行李的話衹能容納三個人，房間的介紹上面是有三張1米5的床，現場目測一張是1米5，兩張1米2，不過影響不大，床墊軟硬適中，睡着還算舒服，酒店提供一次性的毛拖鞋，不提供洗澡的膠拖鞋，還好自帶了一雙，總體來説體驗還是不錯的😊

訂的家庭房，挺好的，性價比高，床的寬度可以，就是小床床墊有點凹陷。房間乾淨整潔，有智能馬桶，4 樓提供一台洗衣機和一台烘乾機。希望房間內增加掛衣和放行李的架子

一個人來到杭州出差，網上看到點評不錯提前預訂這家酒店，第二天抵達酒店看到這一切，果然沒有失望，先誇誇他們家前台，進入大廳熱情接待，辦理好入住給我介紹附近吃和玩，一樓還有茶水小吃，給客人我看到一個百寶箱給客人準備很多日常用品，這點是非常貼心，進入房間，每個角落被我看了一遍，果然是細節決定這個評分，讓人無可挑剔，第二天東西落在酒店，工作人員給我致電，主動幫我快遞過來，讓我倍感温暖，希望出差友友們多多打卡他們家，這個城市有西湖夜景燈火璀璨，有回禾江城酒店陪伴，讓人目之所及，流連忘返。

酒店設施完善，性價比高，wifi給力，環境不錯，地理位置好，附近逛街吃飯方便，靠近西湖，房間很好，還有智能聲控，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，品質也是相當不錯，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，入住登記也很快酒店服務一如既往的好，前台工作人員服務絕對有舒適酒店的品質，還有人給我們帶路。工作人員也會主動問好，很貼心，樓下早餐店很棒，洗衣房都有，方便極了，下次來杭州西湖玩兒還是會來這家，真心推薦

三年多沒來杭州了，西湖的風景，依然在，就近找到了這家酒店，價格經濟實惠，而且設施硬件，衞生服務都不錯哦😊，房間乾淨整潔清爽，燈光都不錯😊，走在走廊裏麪，很容易就找到自己的房間，因為每個房間門口都有很明顯的房間號標識。

酒店地理位置非常不錯，離候潮門地鐵站a出口很近，西湖跟南宋御街都在附近，晚上去西湖散步了，夜景真美，杭州真的是一個很值得讓人停下來看看的城市，酒店房間的衞生很乾凈整潔，住起來很舒服，前台服務很熱情，很有耐心，酒店裝修簡潔大方，各項設施設備都很新，性價比很高，很推薦！
