This kind of hotel is sold for more than 400 yuan on Ctrip. After staying there, I felt like ****. Not to mention the oldness, the hygiene is very average. There are all kinds of dirty sheets thrown on the floor when you get out of the elevator. The shower is leaking, the material is poor, the air conditioner in the room is turned off, and it buzzes at night, which is very bad for sleep. The hotel said that it is cost-effective, but the dishes I ordered were not served for 40 minutes, and I was so angry that I directly refunded two meals. Breakfast ended at 9 o'clock, what a magical operation... The only good thing is that the waiters are very nice. This kind of guesthouse, I would have tolerated it if it was sold for two or three hundred yuan, but it costs more than 400 yuan, I feel like I have been cheated.

The location is good and the transportation is convenient. You can walk or ride a bicycle to the West Lake, and it's not far to walk. The hotel environment is good, very quiet and clean. It is opposite Zhejiang University. I saw that I brought a child with me on the day I went there, so I upgraded the room for free. It was a comfortable stay. I will stay here again when I come to Hangzhou.

Isn’t the pricing between the deluxe standard rooms and the ordinary standard rooms a bit unreasonable? ? The restaurant is located at the end of the third floor, and there is a lot of chatter outside during breakfast time. 2. Service: The service of individual staff members is good, but there are a few that need more training. Most of the staff in the restaurant are nice, but there may be communication problems. The clerk placed an order and ordered an extra dish. After checking, a young waitress wearing glasses ran to our table (not the staff who placed the order, she ran out of the kitchen). After we confirmed that we were not going to take out the dishes, she turned around and ran away without even saying hello, me? ? ? ? Why do customers have to endure such inexplicable malice? ? ? In addition, because I couldn't stand the so-called standard room after staying for a day, I saw the "luxury standard room" listed on Ctrip and asked the front desk if I could upgrade at the price difference. The front desk was busy typing on the keyboard without blinking, and said it couldn't be done. The room is full. I believe you! I read in the comments that other guests had a similar situation, and it was impossible to change rooms, regardless of whether the price difference was paid or not.

The location is very good, right at the entrance of Zhejiang University Yuquan Road Community. Next to it is the Botanical Garden and very close to Lingyin Temple. The food in the restaurant is delicious and the amount of food is amazing

The overall quality of the service staff is very good and they greeted me proactively. The location is convenient for travel and it is a few minutes' walk from the botanical garden.
