Hangzhou Tianyuan Grand Hotel

Qianjiang New Town Hangzhou|0.13km from Hangzhou Jianggan Culture & Sports Center (South Gate)
I chose this hotel because it was close to the river but in hindsight should have chosen one closer to the lake. There is very little here so if you want nightlife, it's a taxi. The metro is a 10 min walk. This is not an international hotel so expect very local service (reception struggled with English), no western food options at breakfast (no bacon, sausage, egg had to be ordered, no bread etc). There were no glasses for juice and I couldn't see a coffee machine anywhere) very traditional decor etc. For locals I can see that this is a beautiful hotel with loads of interesting chess/go museums on the ground floor. The bar served Corona for 45... expensive and didn't taste right. I'm not sure if it was fake or just off. As usual, the design of light switches in the room was ridiculous. I really wanted a river view room. I booked a river view room. I was given a side river view room with majority view of apartment blocks. If you expect a river view, confirm first that you will actually get what is described on trip.com. Some lifts didn't go to the 34th floor, this wasn't clear so it was a bit of a game finding one that did. Positives: the guy on reception, possibly a duty manager, was very helpful. The room had a safe, well stocked with toiletries, free water and was a good size. The room was very quiet. Robot delivered food! Unexpected, nice surprise. Deposit taken was very reasonable and returned promptly.

Park Hyatt Hangzhou

Qianjiang New Town Hangzhou|0.74km from Hangzhou Jianggan Culture & Sports Center (South Gate)
The view from room 6 is worth having, it makes you want to lie in bed and stare blankly. Facilities: Although it has been five years, the decoration of Park Hyatt must not be outdated until now. It is full of luxury and high-end feeling in a low-key manner, full of details, not the kind of exaggeration, but modern ➕ culture ➕ advanced comfort. 95 points in the gym! I can rarely hit 90+, his equipment is full of sincerity! And it's good enough for professional use. Hygiene: The sanitation of the use area is very good, and the bedding is also replaced with new ones. Environment: Surrounding Vientiane City, Raffles City, Qiantang River View... During the holidays, I don't feel the oppressive feeling of the tourist rush~ This kind of environment is the most comfortable. Service: Nothing to say about the service! It is worthy of the name of a luxury hotel, especially Ms. Cassie, who not only upgraded to a sea view room for free, but also has ice skating tickets, movie tickets, etc. This is nothing to say. Whether it works or not, (´・Д・)” This is indeed a benefit that I only had when I stayed in some luxury hotels overseas. Trendy bar: OK... this is a must-see, the rare city skyline ➕ coquettish 🌊 bar atmosphere without losing style. Staying in the hotel at night must be hilarious. The two glasses of wine that you get when you stay are also optional on the menu, not just a special blend. The DJ is very powerful all night ~ there is an illusion of a rooftop party in Bangkok.

Hangzhou Lingjun Hotel Apartment (Qianjiang New Town Shop)

Qianjiang New Town Hangzhou|0.48km from Hangzhou Jianggan Culture & Sports Center (South Gate)
It’s really touching that the price is not increased during the Spring Festival. Let me give you a serious evaluation. Environment: Oriental Grand Hyatt is located in the southeast of Qianjiang New Town. When you go out, turn left and cross the road and small park to reach the Qiantang River. There is a subway and another street park (Century Garden) in 10 minutes' walk. Turn right and walk in 5 minutes to Vientiane City. Walk 10 minutes to Laifushi. A taxi to West Lakeview costs 30 yuan. It’s 15 blocks to Pujia Wharf, the starting point of the Grand Canal. The fourth subway stop is Hangzhou East Railway Station, and there are very few people there. Facilities: The facilities in the two buildings of Oriental Grand Hyatt are basically similar. They are both serviced apartments with fine decoration. The layout of the rooms is basically the same, with more than 60 square meters being probably the smallest area. Different brands may only have different floors and furnishings, but I didn't inquire carefully. This decoration was done more than ten years ago, but it must have been far ahead of the curve at the time. The room is fully equipped with microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, washing machine, smart toilet and bathtub. Several light modes, electric curtains. Really the first choice for business trips! Service: Check-in for Leading Hotel Apartments and Chichi Mansion is at the property on the left, similar to the hotel front desk. You will be asked about floor requirements when checking in (but there were no vacant rooms on the higher floors that had been cleaned on the day we arrived). Perhaps because of the Chinese New Year, Ctrip’s distinguished VIPs were not given room upgrades (haha). For service needs after check-in, I contacted the housekeeper through WeChat (there are no seats in the room), and the reply was timely. Takeaways will be delivered to your door by a butler. A slight flaw: the check-out gift was given to the guest after asking. Hygiene: During the Chinese New Year, the leading hotel only has one aunt to clean, which is really hard. The bed sheets and quilts are changed after each guest, and the room is cleaned every day and the items are replenished proactively. We stayed for five nights, and the aunt also took the initiative to ask if she needed to change the sheets.

The location of the hotel is very good. The view from the room is also good. The size and facilities of the room are satisfactory. The price/performance ratio is quite high. The service is average and the attitude of the front desk is average. The concierge's attitude was average. The robot didn't deliver something for an hour and a half, and I had to go get it myself.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. The family suite is nice as it has a large fridge and a washer/dryer. I feel that the place is a bit outdated as the bathtub has these brown stains and the pull down curtains didn’t work in the master bathroom. The floors felt grimy and there was dust in the corners of the rooms. One of the rooms was also missing a blanket , but we called housekeeping for it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as the space is nice.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are good and all are smart Hygiene: The room hygiene is pretty good and looks quite clean. Environment: The environment is really great. It looks very high-end. There are few cars around and it is quiet. The room can get lots of sunshine. Service: The service is okay. If you have any questions, you can call in time. However, breakfast was not delivered two days later. You must call to ask before it is delivered. The food is quite average, so I didn't ask myself about eating out.

The room is large and the butler is very reliable. I used to stay at the leader Junyue on business trips, but I accidentally saw this one this time, and the prices are quite favorable. In fact, they are all different businesses in the same building, and the hard outfits are the same. If the soft outfits are not the leader, but the price-performance ratio is still very high. Free parking is also very convenient.
