春節期間真是熱鬧，幾乎滿房，温泉、遊玩都是不錯的選擇，整個天嶼湖度假區很大，我感覺還衹玩了一部分。一入住客服唐珊就非常熱情地介紹用餐、遊玩的相關事宜，很貼心。特別是退房後，還幫我找回落下的東西，服務特別體貼。以後放假還要再來玩。

房間很大，空間很高，淋浴水很大，水流通常，衞生間很大，菜品豐富，温泉上午去人很少，女兒泡得很開心，體驗很好。免費升級了行政湖景房。

設施：空調暖氣足，熱水足，拖鞋厚實，有浴袍穿去泡温泉很方便，浴缸配有一次性浴缸袋。
衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：環境很不錯，沉穩奢華風格，房間很大，可惜天氣冷陽台待不住人，但是看出去風景還是很不錯的
服務：唐珊經理服務很不錯，酒店有任何問題第一時間溝通解決
餐飲: 早餐種類還是挺多的，還可以。中餐館的菜感覺還挺好吃的啊，而且都是包間體驗感很不錯。跑出去吃飯又麻煩，直接酒店解決還是很方便的，
明年泡温泉還會再來

本次體驗感極差，一晚上近兩千的套房，牙刷衹給兩個，洗澡後整個洗涑去都是水 稍不小心就會滑倒，酒店也沒恆温泳池，據説室温是恆温的，水是常温的，笑**。温泉也是人巨多，下午就人滿為患要排隊等着進入，温泉除了給酒店客提供還另外單獨售賣，單獨買票的人居然還比酒店客受待見，酒店客一邊站，花錢的優越，有沒有搞錯，酒店價格比平時上漲近一倍。停車場也很搞笑，要打電話就免費，不打電話就掃碼給錢。收款二維碼比電話號碼醒目多了。玩的也沒什麼，就一些簡單的球類運動，每個項目場地還不多。高爾夫也很奇葩，價格單上説39一盒球，服務員居然説是69一盒，88兩盒。反正沒什麼意思，處處就是搞錢。

酒店風景很美，山清水秀，一到那，整個人感覺到了放鬆
房間乾淨整潔，有小寶寶，酒店貼心的升級成了親子房，寶寶很喜歡小帳篷。
Cici服務周到。我們攜程訂的，很多體驗項目都沒有，**跟**定就有，下次預訂得換平台了，Cici幫我們申請了體驗項目，玩的蠻開心的。
