The hotel is in a great location. The transportation is convenient. The location is very good and the surrounding area is very prosperous. Convenient to travel. It is very convenient to have a parking space at the door. There is also surveillance at the door, which is very reassuring. The lobby is simple and a**ospheric. The layout is reasonable. There is soft music in the background. It sounds very good. There is Fu tea available at the front desk. Very good, the little girl at the front desk xh is very friendly and greets me with a smile. Proactive and efficient. Thoughtful and professional, I needed a quiet room and it was very clean. There is a separate living room and it is very comfortable to live in. It is very good and highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location. You can overlook the Yellow River by opening the floor-to-ceiling curtains in the room, and you can see the Hancheng Grand Theater from the window on the other side. The hotel also prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes for travelers with children. Let me talk about some things that I hope the hotel will improve: 1. None of the USB charging ports in the room can be used, all of them are broken; 2. The hotel's disposable toothbrushes should be upgraded. They started to lose bristles just after they were opened and used for only two times; 3. The bath towels in the hotel should also be replaced. The bath towels already have holes. In addition, it would be great if a small refrigerator could be installed in the room. It is still very comfortable to drink iced drinks in the hotel on hot days; and there is a lack of awareness of smiling reception.

In the first photo, there is hair on the fried rice for breakfast. In the second photo, the Lipton tea in the room has expired for more than a year! In addition, breakfast is usually expensive. People under 18 years old and over 1.2 meters tall are still charged as adults.

The hotel is very close to the highway, just off the highway, the room is large, with a bathtub, and it is quite comfortable to stay in. The underground garage is convenient and free to park. The hotel lobby is large, with a huge chandelier. The breakfast is simple, and the restaurant is relatively cold.

Disadvantages: There is a big gap in service details and poor maintenance of indoor equipment. The power socket in the room was either broken or had poor contact. The air conditioner is basically a decoration. There is only one window in the room that can be opened. It is terrible that the air conditioner is not powerful. There is no refrigerator, tea set and cups. The lack of these small items significantly reduces the stay experience and wastes the originally excellent room type.
