we just got a nice trip to Ha Long bay . Overall, it was nice , we stayed in Draha hotel for one day, good amenity , beautiful and very friendly staffs . the hotel is in the busy city ,but we still felt peaceful . we joined some other activities, but they were ordinary , too many peole, few beaches , they took too much time , the price for food anh drink is quite high .we still love Draha and its service . thank you Draha , we will be back , but for relaxing, maybe !

The service is very good, and communication with the front desk staff is barrier-free, and they can basically speak Chinese (Ruan Shiyu's Chinese is very good, and those who don't speak English well can talk to her directly). The stay is very comfortable and the food is rich. The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy facing the street, but it is still five-star praise. Come again next time.

The hotel has many smart modern features worth trying, especially lights that change color to your liking. The hotel next to Vincom is easy to move around for shopping, and the view of cafe T9 overlooking the city center and the bay is super awesome.

A very classy hotel with amazing views of Ha Long Bay on the upper levels. We were stunned when first opening our rooms curtains to see the Bay and its beauty right in front of us. The curved viewing windows in the room are amazing, allowing us the view 180⁰. What an amazing view to wake up to each morning...we'll never forget. The staff very professional, all spoke fluent english, and treated us like royalty. Thank you to all. Breakfasts were superb with a buffet offering many cuisine choices and the restaurant also offering a wide choice of dishes of amazing freshness and flavour. I highly recommend the Paddington for anyone looking for the best value for money when visiting Ha Long.

We stayed for one night in Deja Vu house. The hotel is still quite new and all amenities are in perfect shape. The staff was very attentive at check-in and provided great assistance for our onward travel. We had yummy seafood soup for breakfast, one of our best dishes so far in Vietnam. What is true is that the area around the hotel has been developed very recently (see negative review further down). Construction work is however finished by now, there is some cafés and a nice atmosphere. More lively parts of town are in walking distance, too.
