We made an appointment to have breakfast at the restaurant at 8:20, because we would check out after breakfast. We packed our luggage and went to the restaurant with only the room key. It took a total of half an hour, and there was no reply from the hotel since then! Another day: Ctrip platform continued to communicate with the hotel, and the reply I got was that the hotel did not have surveillance, and expressed that surveillance was private and could not be viewed (so I think there must be surveillance, but it was not checked or the problem was not reported).
