Staff are very attentive and warm. Complimentary lounge is wonderful. Room is spacious and practical. Enjoyed the hot spring facilities. Thank you for the memorable stay.

非常新的酒店，設施服務都很好，入住比較晚所以位置沒有搞清楚在哪裡。看到之前有評論説晚餐不好吃所以沒定，推薦晚飯可以步行去附近一家餃子館吃，味道非常好。公共的露天温泉很棒，自己房間裏的私湯也很棒，私密性很好。唯一不足就是床太軟了，第二天起床腰痛。總體非常好

酒店非常近強羅站，步行4分鐘巳經到酒店，員工服務態度很好，我們行上酒店時候，他們巳在斜路迎接我們，入到酒店又有迎賓小食及飲品，不用排隊check in 及check out, 只要坐定定就會來招呼你，定咗1泊2食，晚餐揀咗日式，早餐就選西餐，兩餐都非常有水準，由其早餐望住箱根山景非常舒適，本來諗住第一天在箱根周圍行吓，結果全日在酒店，酒店環境實在太舒服，在露台會聽到流水聲，下次一定要訂2晚才足夠

房間非常乾淨，面積很大。獨立的泡湯空間。去大涌谷出門就是車展非常方便。特別值得一提的是酒店的餐食，晚上選擇了鐵板燒，早飯是日式定食，很精緻很好吃….整體體驗除了貴，其他都OK

Hôtel moderne à quelques pas de la gare.
Les difficultés de communication avec le staff au moment du check-in dans l’après-midi ne nous ont pas permis de trouver un restaurant pour le soir.
Le lendemain nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et le chef Ikuhiro Akazaki a été super avec le teppanyaki.

帶孩子家庭去之前千萬如實登記人數，不然大小孩子都按成人費用！差價部分差不多是你定的時候價格的翻倍！攜的處理還是給力的，但是平台方和酒店還需要加強預訂的細節，這樣我們可以不選擇預訂！不可否認酒店的環境設施一流！不適合親子

全家都很喜歡的一家酒店，從服務到環境都沒得説，酒店裡火車站很近，我們到了酒店提前一小時就入住了，一直在酒店裡悠哉地度過，泡泡温泉，走走林間小路，第二天從酒店出發坐登山火車和纜車到了大涌谷，然後又去坐了蘆之湖海賊船，下船後又去了箱根神社的水上鳥居，總之箱根一行還是非常滿意
