A+++! It was a wonderful stay at this hotel we were only in Ningbo for two nights but its location made it easier for us to get around quickly without wasting too much time. What really stood out with the service. The staff was always very helpful to answer question and assist us when we needed. We had issues understanding our taxi driver and they immediately stepped in to talk with the taxi driver on our behalf. Will surely stay here again.

We booked a family suite, and the room was great. There was a huge projector in the outer room and a big TV in the inner room, both of which could be projected. The theme was Octonauts, and the kids loved it.
Originally, we randomly arranged Ultraman, but the kids didn't like it, so we temporarily changed it. Since it hadn't been cleaned yet, we had to wait a little bit, and the front desk also kindly sent us fruits and small toys. Great!

There was a gym, a laundry room, and everything else. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Because of the service of this hotel, I immediately continued to stay at the hotel in Shaoxing. However, there was still a difference in the service. Overall, I still think the experience in Ningbo is particularly good.
