We had an interior room with no outside window and it was actually amazing. We slept the best we have slept the 2 weeks we have been here. We were on the top floor and heard a thunderstorm at night which was nice ambient noise to help us back to sleep when we woke up. It was a great one night stop on our way from Da Nang to Ha Long

Lovely hotel , very clean , perfect location , staff so helpful and friendly we loved everything. Wonderful park straight across the road which we spent our mornings walking around the park and evenings enjoying the locals and being part of the local scene Great eating all around the hotel Hai Phong is a great town we stayed 4 days and would love to go back when we come to Vietnam again

Decent hotel in a decent location. Rooms are clean. Near a local park when you can see people dancing in the evening.

Very clean bathroom with bathtub, friendly staff and free breakfast.

The room was a bit small and bare but clean. It can also get noisy as it's right across a busy park and traffic route. The staff was great and very helpful.

The service is very good. There are shopping streets near the city center and shopping is convenient.

I renewed the reservation for one night. Originally I only booked for one night, but there were rooms available for renewal the next day. In the morning, I told the receptionist to stay in the room for one more night. I just didn’t agree that I couldn’t open my room card when I returned to the room at night. I went to the counter to scan it again😅

Good service, affordable price

The price/performance ratio is high, and the basic configuration of the hotel is worthy of the price. The lady boss at the front desk speaks some English and has a very good service attitude. The location of the hotel is okay. The hotel is also clean and hygienic.

Room is clean, fully equipped, very comfortable living. 3.Affordable price, high sex ratio. 4.Excellent service. 5.Thank you to the beautiful waiter, I asked a lot of questions, she patiently explained. The room is clean and tidy, and the service is in place, but there is no breakfast, so I have to worry about it.

The room is not very big but functional. Sockets and switch at the head of the bed. Air conditioning coffee / tea kettle bottles of water and 2 bananas that they came to deposit in my absence. TV with internet channels (YouTube etc) Shopping center restaurants cafes not far. A park right in front. There is a small balcony but 2 air conditioning motors take up half the space! The hotel looks new and the room is clean. The staff is very friendly and smiling.
