房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，政府對面，檔次滿滿，早餐手工饃和豆漿挺好的，前台服務也比較周到，每次出差來住的比較多。

來海倫經常入住，前台的服務態度非常好好，工作人員認真負責，保潔員打掃房間也很乾凈，屋內整潔，總體來説性價比高。

標間有水送，豪華標價格多了反而沒水送。入住當天遇到酒店修理熱水設備，辦入住時沒有提醒，問原因及修理情況也不能給滿意答覆，服務意識有待提升。

住了三天，也不問一下要不要打掃衞生，廁所的廁紙什麼東西都沒有了。還是大晚上跑到前台去，然後才後面才添加的 服務不好，態度不好，前台電話一直打不通，

服務特別差！千萬別住，前台就像我欠了他錢一樣，凌晨2點還有十幾個**開着門打牌大叫，服務員衹會説“管不了”，簡直就是離譜，真奇怪這酒店怎麼開的下去
