I arrived early and the hotel staff were very nice to help me to check on room availability and allowed me to check in early. They also help to arrange for airport transfer for me to catch the next day flight.

我們來青海省旅行，就去東部玩着，順路去住賓館，這飯店看起來高大上，比較豪華的感覺，服務員態度可好了，還贈送免費的早飯，看圖説話，進去房間裏,燈光照亮,特別乾淨，被子沒有異味，乾淨不錯，晚上躺床可以看電視多舒適，洗漱用品準備到位，提供挺好，24小時熱水，晚上就不用怕冷了，室內有暖和，超級贊，很喜歡啦，強烈！推薦！

攜程説是可以住到下午兩點，但是酒店那邊12點就要求退房。熱水從入住開始就沒有，一直到退房的時候，依舊也沒感受到過有任何的熱水，真的住過這麼多酒店，我覺得這個價格，這個設施還有它們的服務，100塊錢我都嫌多

電視機有些老，房間沒有網絡，電視和無線連接不上。網可以連接其它樓層，電視就沒有辦法看了。最近樓下修路灰塵有點大，停水了酒店有想辦法解決沖馬桶問題，但是感覺不太好。早餐一般般，就是雞蛋，小米粥，加兩個小菜（土豆絲+炒雞蛋）
沒有洗衣房，但是訂單時顯示有這個配套設施，望商家或平台及時跟進更新，避免誤導消費者

和朋友一起住的，性價比很不錯，有早歺，有健身房，朋友趕機還準時免費送，這價位很nice，前台小姐姐和客房部阿姨服務也很不錯，多要了2瓶水沒有帶任何情緒就給了，客房很大衞生也不錯哦！

房間衞生不太乾淨 退房有不換床品的現象 當天早上退房後下午去再次入住，要求前台還住前一晚的房間，結果住進去的乾淨房床單上的污漬還在那邊 ，床品巾類也比較破，希望商家慎重吧 酒店起碼的衞生乾淨要保證 顧客才會住的安心，房間面積比較大 前台會升級房型 態度還行 就是收取按金有點落後了 設施也還可以
