It’s a 40-year-old hotel~~The hotel is very big, with single-family villas wrapped in nature. Although the facilities are a bit old, it can be seen that the original design concept is still very thoughtful~~The staff who helped me carry my luggage said He has been working here for 18 years. He has been here since he was 18 years old. His words are full of pride. He said that the environment here is very beautiful and he likes it very much. It seemed that the night we arrived here was hosting a group of foreign elders. They looked so happy~~I wonder if they had been here before and reminisced about their feelings~~We got up in the morning and saw cows, birds, and monkeys~~We arrived at the hotel at night, and the way to the room was a bit dark. , I feel more at ease when I bring a flashlight behind me🔦I also saw a tortoise walking in the grass~~The children chased it to see,🐢They were shy and they ran quite fast~~Suddenly I felt that the story of the tortoise and the hare actually also means the tortoise wins. Maybe it's a matter of strength~~ Overall it's pretty good~ At this price, it's a sentiment.

Sri Lanka Habarana Cinnamon Villas, my friend accidentally popped up on "Nar.com" and ended up booking the wrong way. After many negotiations to cancel the order, it was unsuccessful. We crossed mountains and ridges all the way, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there was no information. After coordination by Ctrip's overseas depar**ent, we finally checked in. The watermelon juice for breakfast at the hotel was not fresh, so I didn't dare to drink it today.

The rooms are very interesting, scattered in various places in the yard. There are monkeys and butterflies outside. It feels like there are more local tourists. The food provided for breakfast is Indian food, and there are resident singers in the bar.

In the morning, I heard the roar of elephants, saw monkeys with long white beards, groups of egrets, many strange trees, and the ecological environment of Taiyuan, I love it! If it weren't for the special forces-style itinerary, I would have just stayed in this hotel. If you want to come to Sri Lanka to see the Lion Rock, I recommend you to stay in this hotel. Trust me [happy][happy]

This is my 1st time in Sri lanka, and first time in Dambulla area. I liked the style of the hotel, lodges, you feel like you got back in time to a different time line. The food is great with a multiple options that suits everyone The pool is great The rooms-beds and pillows are comfy Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Cinnamon Lodge the rooms and grounds of the hotel are so tranquil just what we needed on this holiday as touring csn be so tiresome. We would like to give a special mention to Tyronne Coordy and all staff members who go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one.

I am 61 and I habe travelled the world. I think, this is definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been. The staff! The room! The property, the lush gardens, the butterflies! The animals- all friendly and in good shape, and well taken care of. But then, the ultimate experience: the abundance of fresh, tasty food...heaven! Thank you everybody, in particular Mr. gardener and Mr. chef. We will be back!

Nice lake side lodge resort. Kitchen was good. We even managed to find food for the no spicy eaters. Deserts were realy nice and the dining room is actualy a big open space next to the pool side place. The staff was realy helpfull and always there to assist you on every step.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Cinnamon Lodge. The rooms were excellent and only a short walk from the restaurant, where there was an excellent choice of both Sri Lankan and western cuisine. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly Chahdaha who looked after our room, and Kelum who helped with our luggage (hopefully the spelling is correct). One special feature worth mentioning is that when we were out exploring the area, Chahdaha came into our room and decorated our bed and table with leaves and flowers, spelling out “Good Luck”. It was very much appreciated. Our only regret was that because of the time that we spent travelling around the Habarana area, we were unable to take full advantage of the excellent facilities at the Cinnamon Lodge. We have no hesitation in recommending the Cinnamon Lodge to anyone travelling to this part of Sri Lanka to visit Sigiriya and the other spectacular sites in the area.

My recent stay at Habarana Lodge was an absolutely memorable one. It was in the month of November 2023. Habarana Hotel is a picturesque location It was a very enjoyable stay excellent service with friendly helpful staff. Food and service were amazing and also the staff members were very friendly, especially executive chef Sampath. He had a specialised menu. Amazing food selection. Desert spread was my most fascinating place. My favourite deserts were Cream Brulee, Pavlova, and Baked Alaska. Sampath did his best. I am really thankful to him. We had a fantastic 2 nights stay at Habarana Lodge. The executive chef was the main highlight of the property. Since he made our meals extraordinary. The buffet breakfast and the dinner were exquisite. He had about 14 varieties of fresh fruit juices for breakfast. At the dinner, there was a counter where they made an instant soupe. That was really tasty. Lovely place great location enjoyed every minitue of the stay. Rooms are really spacious and comfortable. The best part of the service is that we received a warm welcome from the very beginning. It is a magnificent place that definitely needs more than 2 nights as there is so much to do with the bird life in this property. Add to this I had a great time enjoying the nature in this property. It is an incredible hotel breathtaking experience amongst nature. You get different types of birds in this property, so I managed to get pictures of orange headed thrush and Indian Pitta. They are migrant birds to Srilanka, and I was lucky enough to photograph them. This was purely supported by the nature trails . Chinthaka and Athula helped me a lot to capture these rare birds. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Habarana Lodge. It is always good to be back here, and we will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Extremely delighted to stay in Cinnamon Lodge Habarana with a peaceful and calm environment. We felt the warm welcome from the entrance security point it self, which was exciting. Location of the main restaurant is gorgeous. Service staff are very polite and professional. Buffet is filled with many verities. Food is amazing. Chefs are so friendly & they are always reachable even in the busy time slots. All the staff are very friendly & professional. Want to came back again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is a little tired, the rooms are good size but everything looks like it dates from the 70s and the bathrooms even older. We didn’t enjoy the buffet dinners and breakfasts. The hotel is large and attracts large noisy bus groups who seem to take over. On the plus side the staff in the restaurant are chatty, happy and quick to respond to requests. We didn’t use the pool but it is big and it seems hardly used. Avoid meal times as the diners would all be watching your every stroke!
