During the National Day holiday, I planned to watch Hua Chenyu's concert at the Paradise Stadium from October 4th to 6th. At the same time, I traveled to Guiyang with my family, so I booked the Hilton Hampton Hotel at the Guiyang Convention and Exhibition Center online in advance. Xiao Liu called us one day in advance to discuss our needs. During the period, we communicated with us in a timely manner if there were any problems, and reminded us of the local weather in Guiyang. Since I had placed two orders before, I later asked Xiao Liu if there were twin beds. Xiao Liu told me that there were 2.7-meter beds. One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

The hotel check-in experience is very good. There is glutinous rice for breakfast, and the beef noodles taste great. There are many kinds of them. The free drinks in the afternoon include coffee, cocktails, fruit drinks, etc., which are beautiful and delicious! The terrace on the fourth floor is beautifully and warmly decorated. It can be seen that the hotel is very attentive to provide good service. The gym and laundry room are fully equipped, and they are also equipped with office supplies. If the parking lot can be optimized, it will be more perfect. I will definitely choose it again next time.

I stayed at the New World Guiyang for my friends birthday, even though I live in Guiyang. I was not disappointed. When I arrived the staff was quite friendly and welcoming, best of all, there was someone there that spoke English, which I think is very important. The check-in process was seamless and easy to do. The staff explained everything well and the process went by smoothly. I got my room card and the concierge took my bag and showed me to my room. The room was clean and smelled fresh, the bed was well made and had a beautifully hand crafted welcome note that was a nice touch. I was also given flowers with a heartfelt note. I was so appreciative of this. The hotel had a gym, sauna, swimming pool and hot tub, which I took full advantage of. The spaces were clean, and I love when I walk into a space and its clean and welcoming. We had dinner in the Buffet Hall, there were a wide variety of foods that catered to all the guests alike. Breakfast the next day was also an experience to remember.\ Overall this hotel was a great stay for me, from the staff being so welcoming to the food being so delicious. Its inexpensive and I believe its worth the price. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 新世界贵阳辛苦了！

The room is clean and sanitary. Although it is not high-end, it is relatively comfortable. There are parent-child activities, and the children are given many gifts and toys. The children are very happy. The main feature is warmth, the service is good, and it is very close to the core area

Front counter staffs very helpful. Breakfast was simple but good mix with local dishes with few pastry , of course coffees are available. Location is reasonably good can access with taxi n Didi. The old is no dressing table n luggage stand.

Newly opened hotel, the rooms are very good, well designed, with arched edges, the bed is very comfortable, the shower head is large, the water is hot immediately when it comes out, there is also an electronic toilet, a XGIMI projector and other supplies All very good. The hotel is located on the 42nd floor of a high-rise building next to the flower orchard. The view is very good. You can also see the Twin Towers and the White House from the front desk and during breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.
