這家酒店首先我進去的時候一次性牙刷散落在地上，一看就沒打掃，誰知道幹不乾淨，前提態度很差，跟她説了問題她就一臉不耐煩，説一點東西沒事，我告訴她很明顯直接領她去看。她就一直推鍋給保潔，在她口中那個保潔是“她”，説“那你要換個房間是不”，我問她床單換過沒，她邊看邊説“我也不知道她的，應該換過的，沒換過的床單是皺的”，我就想説你讓我換一個房間那個房間也是你們打掃的，從這個房間的臟亂程度可以知道其他房間一個樣，壓根得不到保障。我説明一下為什麼我訂了兩次這家酒店，第一次訂的時間訂錯了，沒入住，是到那裡發現時間訂錯重新訂的

來回來去總共住3次這家酒店，房間佈置合理，且衞生乾淨，交通便利，樓下吃飯地方巨多，如果以後再去貴陽，還會住這裏。

從外地過來旅遊的，這個酒店離北站很近，走路要不到10分鐘就能到，一下高鐵就打電話給酒店前台問路，前台小陸很有禮貌，很耐心的給我指路，服務態度也非常非常好，酒店這裏很方便，坐電梯直接上去就可以了，前台辦理入住非常快，刷臉就可以了，進房間房間也打掃的很乾凈，通風較好，而且採光很不錯，主要是價格真的很便宜，真的是住起來物有所值，設施設備都很齊全，熱水充足，水壓超大，洗澡很舒服，真的非常推薦，服務態度真的很好。

衞生打掃不乾淨，床單被罩可能都沒換，枕頭上還有頭髮和睫毛。拖鞋臟死，要了一次性拖鞋也是二次利用的。。。。

酒店房間很乾凈，前台小何服務態度非常好，很熱情。睡的很不錯，挺安靜的，酒店床很舒服如果下次還來，一定還會選擇這家，滿意
