I booked this hotel online. The hotel environment is pretty good! Before checking in, Xiao Wang contacted me kindly. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was spacious and bright, and the layout was super warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. It was super refreshing to sleep. There was no odor in the bathroom, and hot water was available on call. The gym equipment was very new, the laundry room was clean, and the breakfast was also very good. Also, I had an urgent matter that day and needed to go out, but I was standing at the door of the hotel, looking at the traffic, and I was very anxious. There were too many people taking taxis on the roadside, and I couldn't make an appointment for an online taxi. When I was worried, Xiao Wang saw that I looked anxious and came over to ask about the situation. I told him about the urgent taxi, and he took out his mobile phone to help me call a taxi without saying a word. While operating, he comforted me not to worry. During the waiting process, Xiao Wang was very considerate. He was afraid that I would be cold, so he took out the water in the hotel's incubator to warm my hands. She also kept chatting with me, telling me some fun things in the local area, so that I could relax. We successfully made an appointment for a car at the door. Xiao Wang also carefully helped me open the car door, put the luggage in the trunk, and repeatedly confirmed the destination with the driver, repeatedly asking him to deliver it safely🌹🌹. Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

The ladies at the front desk are very gentle, and they don't have the kind of embarrassing and evasive inner feelings when they encounter the front desk at the hotel, hehe. I am more socially anxious. The front desk can also get unlimited roasted sweet potatoes 🍠, don't be too happy in winter, really eat them.
